Description of Work: Needed suggestions for control of wasps. He explained what was needed but did not do it himself as it is something that we can do for future control. He saved us money by explaining it and not doing it at exterminator fees. His flat rate for his expertise was reasonable and he was prompt and very helpful. We would have no problem hiring him again.

Description of Work: We had a major ant problem that needed treatment immediately. They did a fantastic job of getting us scheduled quickly even though their schedule was booked far in advance and solving the problem. I've used Leupitz Pest and Inspection Services multiple times for various properties and they will always be who I call!

+ -1 moreI've had a service contract with Leupitz for over 10 years. They come out every 3 months and apply a perimeter treatment around the outside of the house that prevents bugs from crossing the foundation and getting inside or underneath the house. They also place mouse poison in strategic locations. The contract also includes spot treatment as needed, so for instance, when I've had yellowjacket nests I just give them a call and they come right out and take care of it as part of the contract. When we first bought the house 10 years ago, they treated a couple carpenter ant infestations, and we haven't seen any more carpenter ants since. They always send a notice before coming out to do their regular service, they always show up when they say they will, and they are always friendly, polite and professional. It would never occur to me to switch to another pest company. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I asked the person who answered my phone call to schedule a home visit to exterminate some bugs in my kitchen. She said they were very busy, but that they would call back. No answer so I called again and spoke to same lady. No appointment made. I offered to send a photo of offending beasts and did so. A man called a few days later and talked to my mother. He told her the bugs were pantry bugs, but did not set up an appointment. I was disappointed in their response to my problem. I wanted more than a vague id. Basically, they didn't want my business.

+ -1 moreThey charge us every time they come out and provide this service. We spent $109 on the last service done by them. We use them because they were the ones that came and inspected the house when we bought it and we were very impressed with the owner who did the inspection. They are very professional and punctual. They give us a day that they are coming out and they usually are here that day. Their price seems to be a little high.
Description of Work: We use Leupitz Pest Control Inc. from May up till November for pest control. They were here in the spring.

+ -1 moreThe company always notifies me that my quarterly spray is coming up on a particular date and then they leave a notice that the spray was done. I receive a bill for service a few days later. In addition, the company sends out regular informational newsletters that are informative, interesting and humorous. I don't know how their prices and service compare with others in the business, but I have no reason to shop around as I am completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Leupitz Pest Control does a quarterly spray on the outside of my commercial building to control for insects, including ants, spiders & may flies. They have been servicing the building for about 15 years. We are very satisfied with the results--there literally is nothing crawling in the building. The company was very responsive a few years ago when we had a particular problem that developed and needed to be addressed. They came immediately and took care of it for no additional charge.

+ -1 moreI have been using the Leupitz service for 10 years or so. They first were called following a kitchen ant infestation and the personal recommendation of a friend. They gave me good information about the type of ant involved and its' habits. Seemed my "Raid spray" response was not eliminating the problems...only spreading it more widely in my house. Leupitz addressed the original problem and then described treatment methods I could do as followup. Four years ago when I moved to a newly constructed home in south Salem (which had been built on the foundational ant hill all of south Salem is built on) the resident ant population was stirred up and I again call Leupitz. They have been providing ongoing preventative service ever since. I have found the company honest and dependable. If I have an odd/unexpected insect problem, they are very prompt in responding to my unscheduled call. The company is local (not national) and, as a member of the community, is interested in bettering the environment with safe products. They provide a newsletter for their customers and I find it informative and helpful.

+ -1 moreWe have been using them for about three years. We came to know of them from other friends who have used them. They come out in late spring and carry out spray treatment until early fall. If we need anything else done they just come and spray more at no extra charge. They are not cheap, but we are very happy with them.
