He was very professional arrived ontime and seemed very knowledgable. I didn't use him because although he offered suggestions for my project, he was a bit pricey in my opinion.

We are not quite done with the project, but their staff has been easy to work with and the quality of the work has been excellent.

It was a very good bid, he was just outbid a little by another contractor. Jeremy was professional, he explained his process for painting cabinets thoroughly, and explained that he also did some services that we might need done as well, and we may very well use him for those services. I highly recommend him.

Built a new computer workstation and modified another. They did a great job reusing and reconfiguring a set of cabinets. They were prompt, punctual and had good communication.

He really needs to change his voicemail greeting stating that, "your business is very important to us," because in the end it obviously isn't.

They're very expensive. I didn't go with them because their bid was so much higher than everybody else that I got. I have a bathroom that is being remodeled and it seems like their bid was around $9,000 for it. It would be to gut the whole thing, I wasn't very clear from the bid, I asked them to itemized it because some of the work needed to have a plumber and as I recall they really never did that, it was just a blinded bid. They're very nice people, they followed up, I had to reschedule a couple of times, they were very courteous, on time, and I have no complaints about the people themselves. The only problem I had is that I couldn't afford them. I checked up on their Oregon license and they have no complaints against them or anything like that and as far as that's concerned I think they probably be really good, it's just that they outbid everybody else. You can't fault them for wanting to make money, I just knew that it was a lot of profit just by the other bids that I've received, there was just a lot of meat that was built into theirs. It seems like they have really good marks on Angie's List and that's what I go by, I trust their rating and stuff so based on that I would probably have them come back again.

I have been watching Leigh's Construction on Angies list for two years and knew from the nature or reviews that this company would be the one for me for this type of job. The job went better than I expected. First there is Diane. She is in constant communication, keeps track of progress and makes sure every last detail gets done. My situation, I had 3 bathrooms all different and she never mixed them up. She is a fun upbeat positive person, the crew respects her and because of her 'people skills', and professionalism, she is a vital part of the 'engine' that keeps progress running smoothly. The crew: Skilled, respectful to the customer and one another, always focused, honest, and always remained positive. They do not leave the task until it is absolutely perfect. Also, they are sensitive on pet issues and will go to lengths to accommodate. You alert Diane and she will make sure all understand and abide by your needs. Cherry City Interiors: Jeremy Leigh has an account here and this is a wonderful place to choose products. Here, Samantha will quickly determine one's taste and put together some nice combinations, be it tile, formica, granit, carpet and she will recommend and has swatches of paint choices from Sherwin Williams. The contract: Jeremy creates a contract with monetary allowances on fixtures and products which gives one the freedom to go lower than budget or higher. Because of the crew and the recommendations of CCI, I have 3 gorgeous showroom quality bathrooms and because of Diane, it was a pleasant experience.

The short story is that working with Leigh's was a dream come true. After working with some other contractors in the recent past, I had a feeling right from the start the Leigh's was operating at a complete different level above who I had worked with previously. Over the two weeks of the project (which was started and completed exactly on time), my feelings about Leigh's were validated. Jeremy Leigh came to my home for a quote appointment on time. His demeanor was quiet and confident. It was clear that this was not his first Rodeo. He brought a little tablet device and took pictures with it and made notes on it. He listened closely to us and gave good suggestions. He provided his quote on time via email and it included a 3D rendering (not quite like Property Brothers, but quite good). I agreed to the quote and we set a date to get started. The work actually started a little early after a call asking if the cabinet doors and drawers could be removed a couple of days in advance. A few days later, the crew arrived on time to begin the demo. They took great pains to install "doors" made of plastic, tape and more plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. I am not going to give a play by play, but I will say that the guys were very pleasant and respected my home. They cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. The coordination with the sub-contractors was excellent and I believe was part of the reason the schedule was kept. The work was completed on time and Jeremy made a final walkthrough to check for quality. All in all, I have no complaints. In fact, I have hired Leigh's again to update a bathroom and all is going well so far on that project as well.

After reading good reviews for this company I was very disappointed with the response I got when contacting them for a painting bid and a bid for a deck. The first call was returned promptly and I was told that it was a busy time of year and that it would take a week or so to get back an estimate. I Emailed all the information to the person I was told to and waited for a response. After a week I tried calling the office several times and the phone was never answered by an actual person or even with a recorded message indicating the business name. I finally left a message and an Email 3 weeks later asking about the bid. Several days later I received a call apologizing and saying they were too busy to do the work. With Email and cell phones there is no excuse for not getting a response. Several of the other contractors on the list called back promptly even though they could not do the work.

From proposal to completion, it all went very well. They were able to start right away and were finished in a week and a half. Leigh's employees were prompt every day, courteous and professional. On the last day, Rick didn't leave until all the work was perfect even redoing some work he felt wasn't quite right. The final bill was as quoted and we will definitely call them when it is time for our next project.

The work was done in a reasonable amount of time except for the subcontracter for the vinyl flooring was scheduled to show up on one day and didn't, didn't call and the contracter had to schedule another to come the following day. The work done was very satisfactory and the price was for the work done was reasonable. The work was done on my rental and I won't hesitate to use them again.

I chose them because of the ratings that they received and the bid that I have received. I’m happy with everything that they did the way that I wanted it. They were very good. They called me back and talked to me. They communicated with me and get me informed.

Workers did a very good job of removing, replacing and painting dry rot boards near roof line in our home. I have used Leighs Construction before and will use them again if needed. I referred them to my next door neighbor.

We did not use their services due to price an our financial limitations.

Jeremy and his crew were absolutely great. Once we were scheduled his people showed up on time and went right to work every day. There were no delays for forgotten orders or materials. The crew stuck with the job from start to finish. They did an outstanding job. I will use Leigh's again for a bathroom remodel starting next week. I recommend Leigh's for any work that needs doing.

Can't tell, never returned my phone calls. That is a big part of deciding to use a company is on whether they take the time to get back to me.

All went well. The work was done in a day or two. The workers went through their paces, replaced all of the windows, cleaned up afterward, and were gone. Quickly and painlessly done. It's how every customer should expect contracting work to go.

From start to finish the project went great! Jeremy and his crew were professional and polite, on time and patient with us as we changed our minds several times on what we wanted accomplished. He kept us updated the entire time. I will definitely be using them again to redo my master bath!

I was very impresses with the quality and professionalism of all the workers. The work was donein a timely manner.

The young man was very helpful in giving me some ideas and I appreciated his ideas but decided to go with an Awning, as I had to keep the cost down. I would call him again if I need more done. He was very polite .

I had gotten an estimate from a contractor to just replace the old tub with a walk-in shower since we couldn't afford his price to remodel the entire bathroom. I decided to get a second estimate and Jeremy's bid was low enough to allow us to proceed with a more extensive makeover. I was given a start date and a crew showed up on time and got to work. The old tub was very deep and sat on a base below floor level so it was necessary to rebuild a portion of the floor before starting on the shower. There was an issue due to the fact that a sales rep at Lowe's quoted me the wrong price for the shower door and Andy took the time to meet me at Lowe's to make sure we got the door we wanted at a price we could afford, actually we wound up with a better door for less money than the one I had originally selected. Every step along the way our questions were patiently answered and our concerns addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Jeremy from Leighs Construction and all the contractors showed up when they said they would and acted in a friendly & professional manner throughout the entire process. The workmanship--which included adjusting the hood when it was too long--was excellent and the entire job took about a week from the estimate to receiving the invoice after completion. I am thoroughly impressed with Leighs Construction, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had what appeared to be an exterior door in my garage that was leaking water and causing some minimal water/mold damage. A few people came out and had some "band aid" type fixes. When Jeremy showed up he was all business and was much more in tune with construction and had real solutions. Upon arrival Jeremy immediately noticed that the issue was partially the door, but more of poor construction that was done to remodel the garage from possibly a carport. After further inspection and numerous visits Jeremy showed me what he could do to bring the foundation, stem wall, and door back to "how it should have done the first time." The bid was fair. Jeremy was very responsive. The job was done very quickly. The guys that worked the project were very nice and pleasant to be around. After the job was done and paid for I call Jeremy back to look at an issue I had with the door and he was quick to respond and fixed the problem. No hassle!! I am very pleased and wish I would have found him sooner. I highly recommend Leighs Construction!!!

We asked Jeremy for a proposal and bid on a major bathroom remodel. He arrived on time, listened carefully and took thorough notes. He provided his bid in the timeframe promised. I was impressed with Jeremy's attention to detail and thoroughness. Even though his bid was on the high side, we are still considering Leigh Construction for the project.
