In a word...Fantastic! Communication was very good. Great people from the initial call to picking up the check. Workers took the time to explain what they were doing.

Had a leak coming from the exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Called the company and the gentleman knew exactly where the issue was.

They did the work within a week and I am waiting for another big rainy spell to check and be sure it is no longer leaking. If it does I will let you know. They were easy to work with and my brother plans to hire them to do two house roofs as a result of them doing so well for me. Thanks.

Dennis King was immediately responsive to my request for a consultation and estimate for a complete roofing job. He answered every phone call promptly, usually on the same day, and he came out on a Saturday morning to spend as much time as was needed answering questions, discussing roofing scenarios, and providing detailed information about products and product warranties. He addressed issues that had been overlooked by a previous roofer and took the time to educate me about possible discoveries once the old roof is removed. He was cognizant of safety issues and was willing to put two of his crews on our job to ensure a thorough, safe, and efficient completion. He called me within hours of our initial meeting to discuss the bid, and I had a fully professional and outlined written bid in hand on Monday.

Dennis King was very nice and he and his workers did a wonderful job. He did not start the job until we were ready and checked in with us to see how things were going. When they started the job he informed us of any changes, as we ended up having a roof underneath the roof we could see and let us know how much more it would be.. and checked to be sure that was ok. We picked out the color and he checked on the color one more time before we put it on the roof. Overall I was very pleased with this company, they cleaned up and were very quiet as quiet as they could be with roofing a roof!

Fantastic! They started working on Friday, worked over the weekend and were finished with everything but the skylight (which was back ordered) by Sunday evening. Skylight arrived Thursday and installed that morning. Cleaned up property daily. They were really nice to our cats.

Excellent communication with the owner, Dennis King, and his crew, (all spoke English and not a swear word was uttered!). They explained the complexities and potential hidden problems with this type of problem and guaranteed in writing to resolve the leak. While his bid was higher than others I got, I got good vibes from both Dennis and his workers, Gary-John-Jesse, and was happy with the professional manner in which the project was completed. I plan to get bids for roofing and siding from them on our upcoming new house.

We contacted Dennis King the end of June for an estimate to replace our old roof. Dennis is very personable, and forthright. The estimate was very clearly understood and detailed. We arranged to have the job done the last part of August. Meanwhile, he sent us a list of homes they had roofed so we could see color choices. The week of August 21st they re-roofed our house. The crew removed our old roofing, replaced a plywood area that had rotted. The crew was very through in checking the plywood, testing it to be sure it was stable and ready to be re-roofed. We especially liked how well the workers communicated and let us know exactly what they were doing and anything we should know. Dennis is very organized as is his workers and always clean up at the end of the day which makes it easy to drive into the garage.

Contacted Dennis in the early spring for an estimate for replacing our roof. The estimate was very fair. We wanted the roof replaced, gutters cleaned and screens put in to help keep leaves and debris out of the gutters. We set up a date for the middle of July to have the job done. We called Dennis at the end of June and asked him to defer the job until the middle of August due to family situations that arose. Dennis was great to work with. He said that he had enough work that he could schedule us in whenever. I called Dennis at the beginning of August and asked him if he could fit us in before the middle of August and he did. The job was done in three days. The crew work quickly, had and were very courteous. The removed old material, replaced roof, cleaned gutters, powered washed the house, installed gutter screens, picked the yard, including picking up nails in the yard with a magnet. His lead man, Jerry, always kept me informed on what was done daily and was to done next.

The work went very well. Prior to the roof replacement, they came out on several occasions to address a leaking roof, only charging me (reasonably in comparison to other bids) for the first visit. They are very professional, fair and have integrity. I appreciated working with Mr. King. He is an honest man.

I called because I was in desperate need of roof repair. I had leaking roofs and ceilings falling from water damage in the roof. I called King& King and was told the owner was out but would call me by 5:00 P.M. That was two weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. They call this customer service?

DENNIS AND HIS CREW DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME.
