Everything went on schedule. The installers were polite, efficient and careful of our kitchen. Our biggest problem was that granite slabs at the warehouse sold so quickly, we couldn't buy a couple because we waited overnight to make a final decision.

They arrived on time and left no mess. Would hire again.

They were really quite good. Everything was good. I cannot think of anything bad. Their lead time was long, but I think that is just the function of how busy construction in general is right now so I would not downgrade on that. The quality of the sales staff was very good. The quality of the material and the work done was outstanding. Their prices were frankly unbelievable; it is A+.

By locally!! Do not fall for the couple hundred $$ discount!!! When we placed the granite order on 6/15/14 we were advised that they were 2-21/2 weeks out we gave them 50% deposit. They came and did a kitchen removal on 7/17/2014, all good. Not good to have no counter tops, water, dishwasher or RO water for this length of time, enough said! When I got an install confirmation for .8/4/14 I was amazed that we were out 1 day shy of 3 weeks from the kitchen removal! (smart tactic, they have you there!). So when I waited for them and they did not show up, I called the office. "Oh no, they said we have you down for 2 days later and by the way, our scheduling manager Sue, is now on vacation for a weeK! "I am sure, (she lied) we always tell new customers that it is closer to 3 weeks out" anyway. Really, from what date? I was seriously considering going back to a local bid from World Wide Granite in Eugene and called them. They were so professional and agreed to do a rush order and get it in within 4 days!! Get this, at no extra charge! End of the day, we are so disappointed in ourselves, should have done business locally and we would have alleviated 4+ weeks of living agony! Bottom line, we do not appreciate being lied to in order for Keystone to solidify a job contract. New customer BEWARE! Update: The crew to FINALLY install was supposed to arrive between 9-10 am. No show until 11 am. Hopefully, I will not have re-schedule, again the plumber and electrician that are supposed to arrive, later today

We're remodeling our kitchen. After shopping around for countertops, we decided to go with Keystone. Other reviews were good, and it's where we were able to get the best price. Keystone advertises that they will beat a competitor's price, and they did! We had estimates from two other businesses. Keystone lowered their price when we gave them a copy of out lowest competitive estimate. The guy who came out to measure and template the counters was terrific. He really took time with us to explain things so we could make those last few little decisions to get the look and function we wanted. We are so pleased with the result. It took us months to make a decision. We stopped at Keystone many times and peppered them with tons of questions. They were patient and helpful throughout the process. The only thing I would improve is wait time. Once we finally decided what we wanted, we waited 3 weeks for our first appointment for the templating, then 2 more weeks before install. It was worth it

Couldn't be happier! Service was awesome from the start to the finish. Sue was great getting us set up, the guys who did the template were professional and polite and the final installers worked very hard to get the job done in one day. It is beautiful! Thank you Keystone!

I was unable to be home during the install unfortunately- they called the night before to notify me of the install the following morning and I had to to to work. My teenage son was at home. The installers were very messy - drips of silicone left on floor and in cabinets and paint was damaged on walls. They left no care instructions with my son when they were finished. The biggest problem was that there is a crack in the granite right in one of the corners , it goes through the thickness of the granite - across from one side to the next. It is very noticeable when looking across the counter, not just a fissure crack, it can actually be felt. I called them to discuss my problem - I had to call numerous times before I got a call back from the customer representative. They did send a service person out to look at the crack and he offered to polish it. I wasn't sure if that was the route I wanted to take since the crack was in a corner and from one side to the other. He said that my only other option would be to replace the whole countertop. I called the customer service rep again to explain that I really did not want to go through the inconvenience of another install and wanted to request a partial refund and have them polish it. She said she would need to talk to someone and would call back. I waited weeks and finally called her back. We played phone tag for a couple of weeks and then she just stopped trying to call me back. I even emailed and did not receive a response. The issue has still not been resolved, I think they just want the problem to go away.

Overall it went well with amazing results of a beautiful kitchen.

We were referred to Keystone by a trusted colleague who had Keystone install granite countertops during a major kitchen remodel. They said that they felt they offered a great price for high quality granite installation. And we were not disappointed! From our first visit to their warehouse to the last day of granite installation, we were happy with the quality of the granite, the craftmanship of the fabricator (Dave), the expertise of the installers and the front staff at Keystone (Sue and Becky). There was a slight mix-up on one of the slabs we picked out, (which was mistakenly used for another job), but Sue promptly let us know about the mis-step and we actually found an entirely different granite that we loved even more than our original choice. Our countertops are beautiful and everything we'd imagined!

The experience working with them was fun. We went down to their warehouse of all their granites and you physically get to go in and pick up the pieces you want. We paid less than half of what it would have been normally through any other company. We got our granite and to be able to hand pick it out was great. They instantly, right there, mark the granite with your name and that's yours. The staff was so wonderful. They were an A-plus. They were absolutely wonderful. Three guys came in; they actually were two minutes early. They weren't running late, they were right on time and very professional. They were very considerate. It was so very wonderful. They were very clean. They were very meticulous of being careful even when they didn't need to be because everything was under construction in that area. They were great. Their language and the way they carried themselves was very professional. I was going, “Wow”. We absolutely loved them. My brother loved it and coming from him who is in construction, was incredible. Their product is wonderful. They are an awesome company. The girl who walked us around in the showroom was professional too. They were very, very friendly people. I have recommended them many times.

We were referred to Keystone by our next door neighbors and also read excellent reports of them in Angies List. Before deciding on them however, we shopped around in various, large home improvement centers. After extensive research, we found Keystone to have the best product at the most reasonable price to fit our needs. Their service, starting with materials selection, to pricing, to scheduling of the work, has been simply OUTSTANDING!! We could not be more pleased with the finished product. The installers were very punctual and professional, and they left the worksite very clean. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, yet affordable granite countertops.

I didn't go with them. They were professional but they came in a little bit higher than the other six that I got bids from. I went with a small little family deal. They were fine. They came out, measured, brought some samples and talked about it. He came at the time he said he would.

They were very accommodating. They did any changes we wanted. If it wasn't perfect, they fixed it. They were very good. They had a lot to pick from. After they measured the kitchen, we layed out the template. They were great.
