Description of Work: He installed a new lock on a safe. A few weeks later, I could not get the combo to work so I called him. He came right out (20)miles from Salem, and replaced the lock with no charge. Please understand that this Was a very rare failure on this lock, and could have been my error. Still no charge though. I highly recommend this company !
