I haven’t used them maybe in the last year, but I’ve used them for the last 20 years. Basically, I go back to them all the time. All the way through, I’ve been happy.

I called them and I felt like I was bothering them. Borderline rude. Wasn't receptive to what I was telling them. They wanted to schedule me so far out, it was like they didn't want my business.........soooo I went elsewhere

Perfect - they came in and had it done. Matt gave a great estimate and has shown that Judson's really cares. Kevin and his team did a wonderful redoing some plumbing, adding a showerhead, and installing the tub and walls.

Judson's has always been very reliable for me in the past. They are responsive, and they are responsible. They are not the cheapest in town, but they do good work. I have never had a complaint about Judson's. I used them over the last 30 years. They really are a good company.

They're usually available on a fairly short notice.

I was satisfied with the plumber's attempt at making a start at fixing my sink to sewer pipe. Because of scheduling difficulties, I had another plumber complete the job. However, I was dismayed that I was unable to pay at time of service and that I did not receive a bill until Jan 5, 2016 for work done on 11/19/2015. I was charged for 1.5 hours at $85.00 per hour. When I called the office about my bill, the receptionist told me that the 1/2 hour was for travel time. I can understand charging a trip fee but charging professional rates for trip duration is unjustified in my opinion. The travel time from my house to the plumbing shop in Corvallis is about 10 minutes each way for me. Although I was told there would be a trip fee, I was not told it would be at professional service rates. Also, it seems to me that I was quoted $80. an hour. That is one reason why I like to pay immediately; so that there are no surprises months later.

A gentleman from Judson's came to my home to check on a toilet that I thought was not sealed properly. He informed me that it was actually sealed fine but that the toilet itself was faulty and had an internal slow leak. After he put the toilet back in place it became much harder to flush. So we paid $200 for someone to give us an opinion and leave us slightly worse off than we were before. I found his opinion helpful but all in all the experience was just okay.

Work was done professionally and promptly, but water pressure has been reduced since the repairs. They had no explanation, yet would charge additional to investigate why this happened. Price seemed high for the repairs done.

It went perfect. They were timely, responsive, professional and did a great job. Robin coordinated the whole install and inspections went great. He also serviced the heat and helped us with the warranty after buying the home. I wouldn't go with anyone else. We also got plumbing estimates with Matt and plan to use them for work, again they are flexible and always willing to help. Quotes are right on par with others, but I really think the quality here is what counts. Judson's cares about the work they do and their customers. I would highly recommend Judson's for HVAC and Plumbing. Good people, good work, good price.

It was a Friday after 1:00pm, and we had a flooded laundry room and bathroom. I called, and within 5 minutes had a call back saying they could get someone out the same day. Not only that, but the guy was here within the hour, did not waste time and assisted us with what we needed.

Got a decent bid to do the work, but I sure wasn't expecting that high a cost to get a bid. Don't think I'll have them do the work

Turned out fine, workers were professional and cleaned up well - my complaint has to do with their pricing model - small job, I agreed to time and materials, expecting maybe an hour, hour and a half for one guy ( about $100-150). What I got was two guys for almost 3 hours, ended up being $487, and that's an awfully expensive light switch.

The service was great. The company was on time, friendly and professional.

They are nice people and easy to get out. The price was not very expensive. They are really awesome. We had actually worked with them before we moved to Monmouth. We lived further away. It is like an hour away from where there base is at, and they would come do that, but what was really cool about this time is one of their plumbers actually lives fairly close to us and he takes the truck home with him at night so he can handle this area. He was here like super fast and he did not charge us anything for travel because he was in the neighborhood. It was just really great. He tells you on the spot, tells you that he knows exactly what to do, and got it done. He was done in less than an hour. They are just very reliable. The work was really fabulously well done. He was great. He was very professional. If we have any other plumbing needs, we would be definitely calling Judson again because they are fantastic.

It went well. The tech arrived early which was fine with me. Before that, I have to say that the gal in the office did a great job looking up my water heater by the model/serial numbers. I called them because they has a sticker on the water heater and it is not your standard water heater. They allowed me to help the tech get the old water heater out of the house They did not allow me to pay when the work was done, but they billed me which I just got yesterday. All in all, this was a nice smooth process. I am more than satisfied with my new 80 gal electric water heater and should not have to worry about it for another 10 to 15 years!

He did a wonderful job he came quickly and was very efficient. They were very helpful in troubleshooting on the phone.

Have done other plumbing work in the past. Very reliable but they no longer provide after hours service.

unplugged drain, replaced one pipe. a lot of money for one pipe and 30 min. work.

They do good work. and they did a nice job of checking and rechecking the faucets so they all worked. They ordered the faucets I wanted and everything was done in a timely manner.

They are very reliable to use and are very stable. Scheduling went well and I never had any problems with them. I was happy with their service.

Excellent service. Prices were quoted up front, very quick response to my call. Installers were friendly and really knew their stuff. Plan to use them again for some electrical work. Highly recommend them.

Went exceptionally well. The individual was able to go under our house and clean out all our sewer lines which were backed up. Very professional, personable and efficient.

I called to see if I could get an estimate on some work for some family property that I was in the process of purchasing. The woman that answered the call told me they didn't do that kind of thing. She was not friendly and seemed rather put out about the call. I called another contractor and had no problem.
