How long would you suppose it takes to case out one window with wood trim? If you guessed a couple hours you would be correct. Jensen sent two guys to my house and it took them 8 hours for two guys to trim one window. At the time, I thought it was strange and hadnâ t read the contract closely enough. When I realized that I was paying each guy 100 dollars an hour it became clear what was going on. They did the same thing on a second smaller window. When I questioned Jensen he basically said that is how long it took. Be careful with this shady company as you will end up paying double your bid.

They subcontracted out my job and didn’t explain that to me. Made things a little stressful.

They never finished the job. They were supposed to put drip edge into the gutters. They did not. One gutter is inside my garage area because its a converted carport, every time it rained after the new roof was installed i had a major leak pouring down on a workbench and floor. After a couple of attempts to get the issue resolved with no results, I finally gave up and bought some drip edge at Home Depot to try to stop the leaks- it worked. With zero roofing experience, it took me about three and a half hours to do a job that professionals probably could have done in 20 minutes. As far as I am concerned Jensen owes me about a $300 refund.

Everyone was great throughout this project. Once roofers were done, I had to have one of their other specialists come out to do some plaster work which was harder to schedule, but end results is great.

I have a complicated roof and knew based on other bids that it was going to be expensive to replace. Jensen came in and gave me a professional bid, explained the work and materials for the job, and then met their timeline to complete the work. There were no "hidden" fees or surprises. They even came to my house and reset the tarp that I had covering my roof because of a leak before the job began at no charge. In addition, they did a great job cleaning up my property when they were done. I am very impressed by their professionalism and would highly recommend.

Roof looks great. The work team kept on target to beat the rain that was expected later in the week. Rain is pouring now and the roof is keeping us dry.

From start to finish, workers steadily kept busy. Every knew the job to be done and accomplished it in a timely manner. Cleanup was great, and when hey departed, one would not know that anyone was there.

Completed roof repair and installation of new roof in 1 1/2 days . Probably could have completed it in 1 day if not heavy rain. Looks good (our color) and we are dry.

the crew was no-nonsense, efficient and the job was completed in a day. They cleaned up before they left. The place looked just as good as it did before they came. Even had some gutters installed. Friendly crew. Make sure they have a source for electricity outside. The roof looks great. I chose an asphalt upgrade as well as a shingle and labor warranty upgrade. You'll love these folks.

My neighbor watched the progress and was extremely impressed with the care and attention that was put into the project. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.
