+ -1 moreMr.(Ismael) Tolentino arrived on time, was very professional, yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do, including telling me that some problem areas may not come clean as hoped for due to the age of the carpet. But, the carpet came out great, smelled great and what he used was pet safe. He wanted to please, and asked for my opinion during and after the process. I highly recommend him! I will have him return to do my bedrooms at a later date.
Description of Work: Cleaned my carpet in the living room and hallway.
