HELPFUL HANDS HOUSEKEEPING

Rarely showed up when expected. Cleaned ok but needed constant reminders and supervision. High maintenance. Eventually just not worth the effort, we'd rather do it ourselves and avoid the hassle.

I was so pleasantly suprised at the professionalism, attention to detail, courtsey of the workers and how much can be done in a short time!! I received clear instructions of what to expect from them and I wrote down what I needed to be done; so from the start I knew what I was paying for and what to expect. The owner is very good at communicating and if there is a delay in service, or any questions or concerns, I know right away. I feel my house and belongings are respected and they are very responsive to special requests. The other day, my allergies were terrible and I left a note requesting specific problem areas to hit and to leave the rest for another time (I have asked to keep time the stopping point for $$ sake). Not only was my house breathable, spotless and hair-free, but she had also 'spiffied' the other areas 'just because'. It is this extra touch and attention to current needs along with a consistent thorough job that prompted me to write this.
