"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your review. It's a pleasure doing business with you."
"Thank you for your feedback. We have talked to our crew about your concern. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do, you can call or email me. We appreciate your business."
I had just had a knee replacement and had someone else inspect the job since I wasn't able to do it myself. I never would have signed off on the job had I known what the outcome was. Much later when I could get out and walk around I found a hole burnt in the vinyl siding from the pressure washer they had used on the back walk. The worker had also left the dirt piled along the walk and even put dirt in the drain hole that was there. When I called Jacob to come look at it he made many excuses and was not willing to take responsibilty because to much time had passed and he didn't think they had done it. I disagree totally with him and am now stuck trying to find new siding to match to replace it.
I would not use this company again, ever.
"I (Jacob) would like to respond to [Member Name Removed]'s review on our company. She contacted our firm in November 2015, we scheduled a time to meet on her property. I ended up meeting her "friend" instead of her, they wanted our firm to perform a general cleanup and they wanted it done ASAP because they were going to list the house by the next week. So I offered them to get it done on a Saturday, or else we were going to schedule it a week or two from that time and they needed it done ASAP. Our crew came out and performed the cleanup service on the scheduled date/time. After job was completed, our crew handed her "friend" the project invoice. Her "friend" did a final walk through of the entire property with our crew and she noticed a small section of ivy that didn't get trimmed and our crew happily trimmed the ivy and cleaned it up. We performed and completed all the work that our contract said we would do. [Member Name Removed] claims our crew damaged her vinyl by a "hole burnt in the vinyl siding" with our pressure washer. First of all, our pressure washer would not make such damages, our pressure washers have a guard on the muffler that CANNOT BURN ANYTHING! Secondly, she contacted me three (3) months later, we received a call from her in late February 2016 about this issue. I went to her property the following day to speak to her in person and as I was walking and looking for this "burnt hole" I didn't even noticed it, she had to point out to me. The hole is in a low area of the siding, our pressure washers are higher than the hole on her siding doesn't make any sense that our pressure washer did this damage. That is not all, her "friend" did a final walk through with our guys and she didn't mentioned anything to us. [Member Name Removed] waited almost three months to mentioned this to me. Anything could of happened between those three (3) months, she could of had another contractor perform some kind of service that may have damaged it, it may have been from family/friends or kids as well. If her "friend" or her would of mentioned to us the time of the walk though or even a week from the completed project, I would take liability for this and it would have gotten fixed right away, but this was not the case, [Member Name Removed] waited three (3) months. She also claims our crew put dirt on her drainage??? Doesn't make any sense because obviously her "friend" and her didn't mentioned anything to us on the walk through or the days after that. We have had a ton of rain in the Mid-Willamette Valley in November and she never mentioned anything to us, till three (3) months later. Again, we cannot take responsibility for none of these issues when they waited three (3) months to address them and there is no excuse her "friend" couldn't of seen this on the day of the walk through. We pride ourselves in great customer service and quality work. From all of our 600+ projects we performed throughout the years only less than 1% have been unsatisfied, that's a huge number it speaks for itself!"
