Awful horrible service provided. They just pass ride on mower (unnecessary for the place), do some edging and blowed all the debris from the sidewalk to the yard and leave it there. Even some bushes I cut bcs of safety issues they didn't pick it up. Unbelivable. Even after puting a review on their website suggesting more training no changes has been done. It appear not register with BBB!! OFFICE IS CLOSE NOW WILL CONTACT MONDAY TO INQUIRE A LITTLE BIT MORE.

Called for an estimate to remove bushes, Jacob arrived early on day we agreed. Later that day I received the estimate via email, agreed on a $ amount. A crew of three arrived on the day we agreed. They were polite, fast and very efficient, cleaned up the area beautifully.

They should stay on top of the weeds. I keep having to call them and remind them that's part of the contract. I would use them again.

Jacob (the owner) and I have been in constant contact since I first contacted him about an estimate. He came out and surveyed the area within a week of me first calling him. We had some questions about what exactly was going to be done, and he came out again. When we finally settled on the estimate and what was to be done, he let me know that he was about a month and a half out - so work wouldn't be able to start until June. But then he called me a week ago and asked if they could come Saturday so we didn't have to wait. I was surprised and beyond thrilled! So today is the day they were to come out. They showed up just after 8am ready to go. They said hello and immediately got to work. There were four guys here initially. They helped us dig out the rock that was in the river beds even though the estimate said we would be responsible for it; and it was no charge. When they got the overgrowth down in the front yard, we realized there was a bush stump that was in the way. He asked if I would like it removed and said they could remove that one (they're not licensed? to do others). So they removed it. He only charged $100 for it, and it was a big job. All in all, they did an outstanding job! And they did it in one day! They left about 4pm and everything was done. I've never seen such a massive job completed in such a short time! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was looking for someone who could come out promptly and cleanup the yard and walkways prior to putting the house on the market. I feel I paid a high price for the job that was done. The crew had offered to work on the weekend and I don't think they were really into working. I had just had a knee replacement and had someone else inspect the job since I wasn't able to do it myself. I never would have signed off on the job had I known what the outcome was. Much later when I could get out and walk around I found a hole burnt in the vinyl siding from the pressure washer they had used on the back walk. The worker had also left the dirt piled along the walk and even put dirt in the drain hole that was there. When I called Jacob to come look at it he made many excuses and was not willing to take responsibilty because to much time had passed and he didn't think they had done it. I disagree totally with him and am now stuck trying to find new siding to match to replace it. I would not use this company again, ever.
