 + -1 moreI dealt with Alex. He didn't give me the sales talk but instead asked what I wanted, showed me all the inventory and provided a bid right away. He showed up when he said he would and the counters were installed on schedule. The kitchen and baths look terrific. Good combination of quality, professionalism and reasonable prices.
Description of Work: Fabricated and installed counter tops in kitchen and two baths.

 + -1 moreCounters and everyday for one day and back splash for one more day, 2 days in total. They were excellent, they were pricey and they traveled 2 and a half hours to complete the job so I was impressed with that.
Description of Work: They did complete measurement, installation, counter and back splash.

 + -1 moreWe called Granite Countertops and More because we had a crack in our granite countertop and wanted to see if it was possible to fix it. They said that they could come out and look at it, set up an appointment to come and look, and then did not show up. They called and apologized that the set time wouldn't work, and set up another time. Again they did not show up, and this time they did not call. We assume it probably just wasn't worth their time coming to look at a crack, but it could have resulted in future business had they shown up. Now, when we decide to replace the granite, we won't be using Granite Countertops and More.

 + 0 moreSerg was very nice and knowledgable he helped pick colors and style and kept me within my budget. I had gotten an estimate for granite tile from someone else which Serg didnt know and the estimate for the slab from Serg was almost cheaper! He said tile is only cheaper if you do it yourself. I have a custom granite window sill which everyone loves because its very unique. I am overjoyed with my kitchen! I highly recommend them!!!

Description of Work: Installed granite counter tops in a remodeled kitchen. Odd cut, angles, posts, etc. Did a great job. Very precise. There is only one place where they had to make a seam, and you wouldn't knowit was there if I didn't tell you. They had to redo a support I built, ad cut a shim from the rack in their truck that they haul the granite on! Amazing service, very polite and professional. I have already recommended them to others, and know that at least one had as good an experience as I did. I am going to use them in the future to redo a bathroom.
