Chris was extremely pleasant to work with. I appreciated his punctually and kindness. He was diligent and focused on providing a good customer experience. Chris's workers were also very kind. It was snowing in Salem during the time I called for roof care. However, Chris kept an eye on the weather and contacted me when the weather was good enough to have our roof cleaned. I was really lucky that all of the Roof Care companies had a sale during this time, so I received the services for a discounted price. But I would have gladly still used Chris's service at full cost. My roof looks amazing and I am glad I choise Goodview Window and Gutter Cleaning LLC.

Chris' work is quality work. He is able to perform his work placing the ladders where they will not damage the building or the paint job, something that is very important to me. He knows how to negotiate steep, high roofs using proper safety equipment to ensure his safety and that of his crew. I highly recommend his gutter and roof cleaning services.
Description of Work: Chris cleaned the gutters on my large indoor riding arena, two barns, one tractor shed, and the house. He had a layer of thick fir tree needles on the house and two barns that he removed. He had to clean some downspouts also, as they were plugged with needles. On another occasion he cleaned my relative's barn gutters and made repairs to them as they were sagging and leaking. He was able to get them re-aligned properly and flowing as they were supposed to, instead of overflowing and flooding, as they were doing before he arrived. He has also fixed a large corner of the metal roof on the barn, where the sheet metal had come loose and was flapping in the wind. He very securely reattached the metal with proper roofing screws and put enough screws in to hold that roof down in the heaviest of wind storms.
