Description of Work: New computer, Apple I a Phone, Apple I Pad all out of "whack ", he was very prompt, courteous and very patient with this "old" lady. Within a few moments, he had me up and running again. Would not hesitate to use his service again

Description of Work: Took my computer in because I couldn't load a program. It had somehow locked me out as an administrator.

Description of Work: My computer would not open windows, I could not find the problem. So I took it to the new store in Albany (which is not acknowledge on the Angi's list of businesses). I took it the Albany store and they told me my hard drive was not just dead, but dead/dead. I explained that all the pics of my life and my dead husband was on that hard drive. Plus our love letters, music, my journal, Microsoft Office, basically my life and memories. They said for $75.00 I could have it sent to Salem store and they would try to save what the could. To make a long story shorter I was told nothing was salvageable. They replaced my hard drive and I have been grieving ever since. So on a hunch I ask my best friends husband (he retrieves lost data for a profession) to see if he could at least find some of my pics. He hooked up my hard drive and in a few minutes Windows opened and there was everything they said I had lost. He is reinstalling it as a second drive and I will have my life and memories back. This business has no heart and could care less about there customers. They are all about the cha-ching at any cost to the trusting consumer! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS..................................YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
