Brian was timely with his bid and very courteous and professional when he came to my home to discuss the work with me. The work pretty much went as Brian had explained it would.  When Brian wasn't going to be at my home on a particular day when he said he'd be there, he would call and let me know.  Brian said he didn't expect me to pay until all the work was done to my satisfaction and that is exactly how he worked it.  I asked for little extras like cleaning old paint off of my vinyl windows and Brian was more than willing to do these little extras.  There were no surprises and the work was done exceptionally well.  Every evening before leaving Brian or his assistant was sure to clean up and leave my yard in the condition they found it.  Overall, I was very pleased with the work. 

This job was performed in a timely manner.  It was done beautifully as his all his work.  It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, but Brian follows along at each stage and keeps you informed.  He has done another job for me in the past and I would hire him again.  His work is professional, perfectly done and he finishes when he tells you.  I have recommended him to many people.

Since none of the up-keep had been done for over 4 years, we knew he was bidding on a huge task and were very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable his pricing was.  Brian's and his associate's work was exceptional in detail and consistency.  He consistently went above and beyond, including moving furniture, equipment and whatever needed to be moved to work on the job.  We have worked with other painters in the past and were sincerely stunned at the maticulousness of all the work done...from the power washing to the staining and painting.  One more thing...Brian and his associates worked long hours on this project and yet they were always warm and friendly...never complaining and ALWAYS working when they were at our home.

Brian Gaskin showed up at the agreed upon time, gave us a written bid when he said he would, and for what we thought was a reasonable amount.  He wasn't the cheapest, but he was certainly the most professional.  We wanted our house painted correctly and quickly, and we didn't want to have to re-negotiate, point out errors that needed to be fixed, or get charged for additional work above and beyond the amount of the bid.  We got exactly what we wanted.  He said the job would take a week.  It did.  He methodically prepped and painted the entire exterior of our house and shop so that it looked better than it ever had before.  The best part was that he cleaned up after himself as he worked so our yard and driveway were always accessible and never messy.   I would absolutely hire him again.
