Very well. Woodward Heating had installed 10 kilowatts of strip (in a furnace that previously had 25 kW of strips. 10 kW was inadequate. Gagle added 10 more kW, for a new total of 20 kW - the highest our new heat pump could use. Service was very prompt - both with service call and then installation. Their technician (Grant) is a very personable (and competent) young man who tested the system thoroughly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would very happily recommend Gagle in the future.

They provide emergency service on Sundays. Our unit was originally installed by Gagles, and was serviced by one of the original techs. The fact that they have technicians who stay with the company for 10 years or more says a lot about Gagles.

They were fine and they will keep on coming back.

Our furnace in our rental finally gave up the ghost. Cheryl at Gagles did everything she could to make it easy for us. She helped me fill out all the paperwork and scheduled all the necessary appointments with the gas company. Gagles were very prompt and attentive...there were problems, but it was because of the gas company, not Gagles. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with heating their home.

Everything turned out well, and we had no issues with the service. They arrived on time, did a good job with the repairs, and responded quickly when we called.

Expert professional job done in an efficient and thorough manner

Heat pump compressor stopped. Called 2 places, one was Gagle's. The Tech, Robert, showed up on the date/time provided; called me twice, the second time telling me it was fixed. Bad capacitor. All is well, cold air in the summer again.

We were having a hot spell when were old air-conditioner konked. Thought we would probably have to wait a couple of weeks for them to even come out What a great surprise when they came out the next day which was Friday and had the new conditioner installed and working by the following Monday. We have dealt with this company before a couple of years ago when we had a new furnace installed. They are very professional and don't demand any payment until two weeks after the service is provided and they know it is working properly. Who does that?? It is usually half down at the beginning of service or at least full payment at the end. We will go through this company for any type of service we need for our house that they provide.

Gagle's Plumbing and Heating did a great job. I am very happy with my money, 100% efficient furnace and costing will not less for natural gas. They gave attention to detail. They were very polite, professional and when I did have a question later, the supervisor came out personally to check on it to make sure anything was working properly. I'd hire them again.

Consultative approach. Reviewed various solutions with me and discussed the pros and cons of each. Work was completed within the time frame committed to and both employee's were professional and friendly.

Lonnie was the service repair man. He inspected my furnace and heat pump, replaced a small part and explained how it all worked. He also took the time to make sure that the thermostat was set correctly and functioning well. I can't ask for better service and the cost was more than satisfactory. Highly recommend them.

It went quite well. I reviewed two different bids and selected them because their unit was better. They gave me what I wanted.

Gagle's installed our furnace 10 to 15 years ago and has serviced it a few times since. The service techs have always been pleasant and professional. Most recently, the furnace went out because we failed to change the filter during a very dusty remodeling project. Gagle's responded quickly, but we had to go a weekend without heat because a part had to be ordered.

very poorly. quoted a service price, left without providing the service and added a and quot;ladder chargeand quot; to the invoice. we contested the fees and they turned in to a collection agency. I would steer clear of this vendor.

The installer came on time, wasted no time with switching out the old for the new. He had it done within an hour. He was very professional, knew what he was doing.

They proposed a competitive replacement package, arrived promptly as scheduled, made a clean, professional installation, and left the site clean and neat. Another technician came a few days later to check on the settings and insure the proper performance. Mark, the owner came out and inspected the job as he always does to insure it was done to his standards and met our expectations. The furnace has performed flawlessly since.

The pipe burst during a week of very cold temperatures. 10and ordm; did it (plus we had forgotten to put vent plugs in). Unfortunately for us, by the time we called Gagle's, they were backed up with burst pipes for about a week. I left a name and phone number with the call taker and was told a plumber would call us to set up a time to meet. No plumber called that day or the next. I finally called them again and learned my original message had been lost. I got on the list again and was called later in the day by David. That was on Monday, Dec. 16 and David said he could meet me at the house (a vacant home for sale, so waiting wasn't a big problem for me) on Friday, Dec. 20th between 12:00 and 2:00 P.M. I was at the house at the appointed time and David showed up at about 12:05. I would call that and quot;on timeand quot;. We discussed what I knew about the problem (neighbors had detected the running water and turned the water off at the main). We conducted a few tests to determine where the water was leaking and David decided it was just where the main came up under the house. He got to work, crawled under the house, and with my assistance turning the water on and off he found the burst pipe and he made the repair. David left a bill and was gone. The entire job took a few minutes less than an hour. The cost seemed a little high, but not outrageous, and I didn't have to crawl under the house. David said to let the pipe sit overnight and turn the water on the next day. I actually waited until Sunday morning, Dec. 22nd. I followed David's instructions to start slow and listen for leaks. I heard running water under the house (listening at a vent) and felt water droplets hitting me in the face. I turned the water off and called Gagle's. David was the and quot;on calland quot; plumber and he called back fairly quickly. David said he would have to call me the next day with a time to meet. I was at the house moving some furniture out when David called; he showed up 15 minutes later, went under the house and he immediately saw where the leak was. To be fair, the burst pipe had appeared to be structurally sound when he first fixed the leak. When I turned the water on, the rupture opened and stayed open so he could find it on the second trip.
