+ -1 moreIt went horrible!! Robert Claus and Fred Purdy are loads that should have been swallowed!! They are dishonest eels in snakes clothing!! They are as crooked as Fred Purdys stare!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PURDY REAL ESTATE!!!!!! You have been warned!! Spread the word!!!

+ -1 moreFred Purdy and Robert Claus are horrible at anything to do with real estate! They are liars and will just try to snake you!! They will threaten you for money that they think you owe them for no reason!! They will try to write fake contracts and will basically try to rip you off for thousands even after you decide not to use their business! You will have to get a lawyer just to have them leave you alone!! They have no clue how business practices work or how real estate works!! They can’t even navigate the internet!! DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THESE SNAKES!!

+ -1 moreSigned a generic contract that stated in consideration of brokerage services these guys would get a percentage of the purchase price of a home. Sounds traditional...but I didn't use their services, did begin purchasing a house without them. They did not draft one offer, did not show us not one house and did not have anything to do with the house we were buying. Imagine the surprise and fear when they still demanded their percentage! They threatened to ruin the deal we were working on by 'going after the sellers.' They stopped by our house in person asking for the money. We hired a lawyer who explained the many violations they were committing. Our lawyer contacted them and we haven't heard a word since. Fred Purdy and Robert 'Bob' Claus are predators. They thought they could take advantage because we were inexperienced. They didn't succeed with us but I can't help but wonder how many others they did scare into paying. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!
