Description of Work: Completely removed years of old weeds, overgrowth, etc... Put in sod in front & back yards. It went GREAT!! Love the yard and love that they'll return for cheap yearly maintenance!! My next door neighbor loves our yard so much, she had them come do hers!!

+ 2 moreThey did a great job, very responsive to questions and concerned, very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I got one other bid which was higher in price for potentially less quality service, so I chose these people and I'm glad I did.

Description of Work: Matt came over to our home the day after I called to discuss the proposed project. He arrived on time for the appointment. He asked pertinent questions and made suggestions. We decided to divide the project up into three parts for three separate bids. The bids arrived in a timely manner as promised.

+ -1 moreHe has yet to finish this project, but we have complete confidence in what he is telling us. I will state again, we will be using his services for years to come. He tells the truth, and goes beyond. He is a true professional.
Description of Work: Matt, the owner is extremely professional. He advised us of an initial price, then when actually working in our yard, discovered that we had an infestation of Crane Flies. They weren't new this year, they were there last year when we had employed a different local company. He was very straight forward in telling us we would be wasting money having him attend to thatching, seeding and fertilizing without tending to this insect that eats your lawn from beneath the soil. We will be using him for years to come.

I like that he is always very helpful as he had noticed a problem with my lawn irrigation system and he called me and suggested a company that could fix it for me. The price that he charges me is a monthly charge in which I pay year round. He usually comes out once a month during the winter months but comes on a weekly basis during the spring and summer.
Description of Work: Matt comes out on a weekly basis and takes care of the lawn maintenance on my apartment building site. He mows, trims and weeds. The yard really isn't that big, maybe about average in size.
