We purchased a special order faucet that was very expensive. For a variety of reasons the faucet did not work for us. Upon attempting to return the faucet I was originally told that they would not take the faucet back as it had been discontinued after we purchased it (less than 30 days since purchase). After the sales person discussed with the manager he said they would take it back but would charge a 35% restocking fee! The back of the receipt did indicate that a possible restocking fee would be charged and therefore we would have had no issue paying a restocking fee since it was a special order but 35% was ridiculous! Additionally, the level of customer service for this company was less than adequate bordering on rude. Rest assured we will not be recommending this company to any of our friends in the near future.
