Description of Work: Installed a new chain link fence to keep new dog in yard. Fence is well done only problem it doesn't keep the dog in. As this was the reason for fence that is why the B rating.

I am very sorry for the miscommunication- My office takes calls and enters information as we schedule them in our computer and sets up appointments using that same calendar. The afternoon before the appointment we call to confirm the time and make sure it still is convenient for our customer. Your name was not in our data base. So I am not sure if it was our company that you called or human error on our part. I do not believe an F is fair because I am told that once you called yesterday and my staff apologized- we tried to reschedule the appointment for the very next business day- As you can see by many of the satisfied people that have listed on this site we take our business very seriously and especially Angie's list customers because we want positive feedback. That's why we were chosen Super Service Award winners! That is why we have been in business for 37 years- Again I am sorry if it was error on our part - But my office staff is excellent and everyone makes mistakes. Good luck with your project-

I received an estimate in May. The color and type of material were incorrect on the contract. Thankfully, the owner suggested I look at an existing fence to be sure it was what I wanted. It was not. The correct order was resubmitted and the price was adjusted accordingly. A new contract was issued 5/12/2008. I had to call to find out when the fence would be installed since they had not called and it was June. I called again in July since there was still no time set. I let them know concrete was involved since the area was behind a shed, and I wasn't sure the estimator had noticed. The men came to install the fence in September. They were not able to install the post over concrete. The crew was professional, polite and quiet and came back the next week and used quick set concrete on the last post. I was well pleased with the quality and appearance of the fence.
