+ -1 moreFalls Insulation first came out to our new home a few weeks ahead of time and inspected our attic and walls of our home for adequate and correctly installed insulation. They were extremely responsive by both phone and email. On the date of the scheduled work the crew arrived punctually, carried out the work promptly, and without much mess. (They were especially careful of our hardwood floors). They also cleaned up all of the materials that they removed from the attic and left us with a manufacturers certification statement so that we could claim the cost of the attic insulation materials on our taxes. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the service they provided.
Description of Work: Falls Insulation removed some incorrectly placed insulation materials in the attic of our new home, connected the duct from the bathroom fan to the outside that was originally venting just into the attic, and performed a retro attic blow to bring the insulation in our home to the recommended amount.

+ -1 moreI called on Monday to have someone come out and give me a quote. Appointment scheduled for Wednesday between 12 and 3pm. Arrived on time for appointment. Received call about 4pm with quote and were told they could install the following day at 9am. Installers arrived on time and efficiently installed superior product. They even installed spray foam around 4 windows and a door.
Description of Work: Installed insulation in walls and vaulted ceiling in new room addition.
