 + 0 moreI ordered the stove in August but instead of the 5-8 days for a site inspection/measurements call it finally happened about 3 wks and 3 ph calls later. The stove was then promised in a week-10 days but finally came and partially installed about 3-4 wks and3-4 ph calls later, finished up and ready for inspection and use took 13 wks after ordering & payment. Product seems fine and the personal were friendly and seemed competent but terribly behind schedule. If using them I would recommend getting service dated in writing and not paying until it was finished!

Description of Work: The pool was completely refurbished, and a new liner installed. The plumbing was repaired or replaced. A new motor-operated safety pool cover was installed. The work was excellent.

 + -1 moreThey screwed up three times out here. I felt I was overcharged. Finally, I called Oregon Hot Springs, and they came out and verified the leak was still as bad as it had been. They told me I needed a new spa. Emerald called and sent me another bill so I told them how dissatisfied I was and how Hot Springs had pointed out that there was still a kink in one of the pipes. Emerald sent another service tech at no charge and found the real issue and repaired it. The first three quarters of my experience with Emerald was miserable, but the fourth quarter was good.
Description of Work: I needed them to fix a leak in my spa.

 + -1 moreEmerald Outdoor Living is great. They have great customer service. They're willing to go the extra mile. If you have questions about something, they'll really pay particular attention to your situation and make sure that it gets resolved. Everywhere else is not willing to go step by step with you, but Emerald is willing to go step by step.
