To begin with I shouldn't have hired these guys because they were too expensive. But they showed me the bid and I was in a hurry so I hired them. That's my fault. My regular plumber was really busy and I didn't want to live without a sink. They might be okay for a simple job, but the way they itemize everything into parts adds up to a jaw dropping bill. So if you are looking for an economical plumber look elsewhere. Donerite? Well I had to call them back because there was a small leak. The plumber came back that day so it was taken care of fairly quickly. They are have a pretty slick system for telling you when the plumber is coming, so communication was good.

While work was performed satisfactorily, plumber overestimated the amount of work to be done and inflated the price of replacement parts to the point of price gouging. Work when it was performed was completed within the valve vault and was completed in two hours. Plumber quoted the replacement vale at $200 but was available at a local plumbing supply store for $99. Although plumber did reduce the cost of the job from the original estimate of $650 to $550, the markup on the $99 valve and the labor for two hours work is considered excessive.
