I called to arrange for a new service to be installed at my rental. The technician was very prompt and professional. He got the work done quickly and was happy to answer my questions. When he ran out of caulk to seal the hole around the outside cable, he said he would return the next day to finish the job while I was out, and he actually did it! The programming interface on the DVR is lousy, but the service is good. I have been happy.

They were really punctual and we will continue to use them in the future.

I get good reception. I rarely have any outages. I can go online, and can get everything resolved.

He have had Dish Network for about 13 years. We are satisfied with their service and will continue to use them.

The DISH technician's name was Tim. He was a great guy. This service doesn't have all of the programs and applications that DirecTV does, but we like DISH. The price is fine.

I took the service in July. I just received my first billing, which was Nov. 10th. When I took this out I was unaware that all the non-local programs would have a four hour difference. We can't look in the news paper to see what time non-local shows will actually start. I was not made aware verbally by anyone in the company that I was signing a two year contract. I would have never signed up for two years without knowing if it works. The local professional basketball team that we have here was free with my previous cable provider. With Dish Network I have to pay $187.00 to see our home team. I can see other teams with that but the only team I am interested in is our team.
