Description of Work: This was for a landscaping design consult. First of all he was late - but the office did call. I assumed he was going to show us how to turn our yard into a showpiece. Basically, I just told him our ideas, he added just a few suggestions, then gave us a bid. He did show me some pictures of some very high end water features he had done previously. He said he would email me an additional quote for some items he forgot to add to the original bid. Never did. Also, there has been no follow up call, and it's been over 2 weeks. Guess he doesn't want our business? While he was here, he checked his phone numerous times, which I think is unprofessional.

Description of Work: I purchased a "consultation" as a gift for my sister after inquiring what she could expect. Response from Diligence Landscape was: "The deal is for a consultation so I would be giving ideas showing pictures of ideas and coming up with a game plan, drawings, design services are sold separately." My thought was this would give her some good advice and general direction, which she might in part hire Diligence Landscape to do, or may choose to do some herself and/or with other resources, depending on her wishes and budget. Unfortunately after Diligence came by in February, they provided nothing further, no pictures, game plan or anything. Only after she did a review did she get a response saying they had forgotten and would provide a bid. That doesn't sound like what the offer was in the first place, and three months is far too long to wait. Needless to say, I don't feel we got our money's worth, only wasted my sister's time. I am being generous in even giving C's.

Description of Work: Was difficult getting touch with him. Did not quote a price after the initial consultation. Presented good ideas in a professional manner but never got back to me.

Description of Work: I like him, I think he is honest and does good work. Because I am in Albany and he is in Salem it made it difficult for him to find the time to come down so the process dragged on. Final product was a little underwhelming, but certainly worth the $49 I paid for it.

Description of Work: Nothing. I couldn't pin him down to a time and date to come out and consult with me/take a look at the property. I provided him dates and times I could meet with him, but he showed up on a day that was none of those - without calling first and then expected me to drop what I was doing and come home to meet him (was caring for my grandchildren and could not leavel). After I made a number of calls to him (still without getting a schedule) I got him on phone but he said was in the car and would call me "right back." He did not call right back or at all. After waiting a couple of additional days, I called back to say I would not be working with him. He must have more than enough business. He clearly didn't care about adding another customer. The $49 I spent was a discounted consultation fee due to Angie's List membership. Caleb did not tell me about it even though I said I got his name from Angie's List. I had to mention it.

Description of Work: We bought the "Complete Landscape Consultation" for $49. The promotion on Angie's List said it would include a complete plan and drawings.

Description of Work: Came out to write up a landscape plan. Never received one. All I got for my $49.00 was a half hr discussion but no drawings or cost estimate as promised.

Description of Work: I have been contacted by Diligence, and had a very good visit from its owner 4/4/14. He will be working up plans for a possible project. He was very-well informed and showed photos and video of other projects he has done. I'm looking forward to seeing the plan he comes up with.

Description of Work: Our water feature needed to be refurbished. Since Diligence Landscape were to original designers and installers, we asked them to come back and make us happy again with the appearance of our little pond and waterfall.

Description of Work: Caleb and his brother replaced out existing old worn out fence

Description of Work: This was a project that involved the design, creation, and installation of a small water feature in the backyard, including waterfall and pond.
