Description of Work: The management has always been positive, attentive and caring. Our main source of dissatisfaction seven years ago on weekly lawn service/maintenance was the crew turnover so that we didn't have the continuity of "institutional memory" of people who got to know our place and address the things that people who consistently worked with it would get to know. Addendum 5/25/2012 update: in the past seven years, we have had additional professional work done by the company for landscaping, plant selection, waterfall and pump maintenance, but not weekly lawn maintenance. We have appreciated their prompt, professional response and personnel. I have also been informed that the company has corrected their management of the regular weekly lawn service/maintenance team and the problems there have been rectified. In the aggregate, they are a great company with a high customer service ethic. Everything else has been very positive. Their professional staff were knowledgeable and they have done a great job on extensive waterfall feature we put in. They are a reputable company from our experience.

Description of Work: Removed old sod and tree trunks, graded and added topsoil which was mixed in for a good base for the new sod that they then installed. They also removed a largepiece of a log. They were very careful, professional, efficient and did everything we asked for and more. A most important thing for us was having it all done and ready to be walked on by a certain date for a wedding reception.... and they did it in good time! We are very satisfied.

Our consultation was friendly and relaxed, and we appreciated the honest input from Jim about how we could fine-tune our plans/ideas. The project began with the Trex deck. The deck was built by Bruce, quite possibly THE nicest and most professional man we've ever had work for us. His work was amazing (he was a furniture-maker) he worked amazingly fast, and we've missed him since he left! The three men who did all the stone work worked SO hard every day, and were incredibly friendly and professional. Hauling stone isn't easy, but the did it with a smile! And finally, the planting beds were nicely arranged (although a few plants died, possibly due to the Black Walnut toxins from our trees.) All the work was done with speed and accuracy, and we've been thrilled with the results. We had cheaper bids, but I'm sure none would have made us this happy in the long run. Thanks DeSantis!

+ -1 moreDESANTIS LANDSCAPE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. ALL OF THE GUYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COMMUNICATION WAS TOP NOTCH. I TRUSTED THEM TO REMOVE WHAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE CLEAN-UP.
Description of Work: I HAD TROUBLE WITH BRANCHES BREAKING OFF OF MY SWEET GUM TREE. TWO GUYS FROM DESANTIS LANDSCAPE TOOK OUT 5+ BRANCHES THAT THEY DETERMINED SHOULD BE REMOVED. THEY ALSO HAULED AWAY THE BRANCHES.
