+ -1 moreA very pleasant person but I feel that I did not get my monies worth. Even though she did make another trip back to finish what should have been done the first time. I hate leaving bad reports on someone, maybe I should have looked it over more carefully before she left. Like I said, I do not like to leave a bad report, but you asked.
Description of Work: I paid for a deep clean on my personal residence. She was very punctual in her response and scheduling. she arrived with two additional people and a list of my requests. She said that it probably would take all day. She was done at 2:30 after getting started at about 10:30. I paid for a deep clean and only received just a less than standard cleanning. Vacumn, dust, clean floors and bathrooms. She did not clean under anything, clean the bathrooms with a more than average cleanning. The front and inside of all of the cabinets in closets and kitchen cabinets were not cleaned. Cob webs were not removed as well as the oven top cleaned as carefully as she at stated she would do. Also she did not dust the wooden blinds.

+ -1 moreShe lives in an area which is 45 minutes away and she advised she can’t do the job, because of the distance. She then promised to call back and give another person’s number and she didn’t do so. I was disappointed as she promised to call back and didn’t keep up the same. I will not use her services in future.

+ -1 moreShe does a very good job cleaning my home. They are always punctual, truthful, have attention to detail and it smells really clean when they leave. It's just so nice having them since I can't do it myself. I've been using them for a few months now and will continue to use them. They are licensed, bonded and insured which makes me feel comfortable using them.
Description of Work: They clean my house every two weeks.
