Separate units installed in three different rooms with each being controlled my its own thermostat control unit. Units will not work independently as programmed in its own thermotat control unit. Upon signing up for these units it was clear that I needed to control each room separately. In addition they did not inform me ahead of time that a unit was going to be installed on my brand new concrete driveway which would be expelling water that in the winter time turned into an ice rink on my driveway. I attempted to stop the installation of this unit but they indicated it had to be installed in that spot. Had they been upfront in telling me what would be involved I would not have had them do the installation of the system. Another company tells me that the heating and cooling units installed had problems working independently in separate rooms..... again the main reason I was looking at these units.

Very impressed with prices quoted and the integrity shown. Nothing was done now, but we will be doing future work with Day.

It took two trips, but they got it fixed and it's working great. Both the techs and Days office staff are very professional and helpful. They also installed a new thermostat.

Job was handled quickly and professionally. They replaced old line to furnace and because our heatpump required an inline filer close to the outside unit, they built a custom cover to hide/protect outside lines. Our old lines were expose and the insulation was deteriorated.

This is a very well run business. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to completion of the installation. Gary the sales/estimator did a thorough inspection of my existing setup and provided me with several options, including available energy incentives and rebates. Nathan, the installer, did a great job, in an amazingly short time. A nice, neat installation with no mess left behind. Nathan answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to set the new thermostat. Everyone I spoke with at Day Heating, whether on the phone or at my home was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The price I shared was after incentives and rebates.

We had estimates from 3 firms and the combination of excellent service during our inquiry phase, the efficiency of the unit and the rebates/incentives/credits led us to choose Day Heating and Cooling of Salem and their Bryant system. Luke Stucky was their representative and his professionalism excelled over the other firms. He always called to confirm our appointment. He returned to the home to personally present the series of estimates for systems that he provided bids. He prepared all the paperwork, including financing paperwork. His professional attitude and courtesy towards us was excellent. I would highly recommend working with him. The removal and installation was conducted by Jason and Casey. Again they were the picture of efficiency and professionalism. The installation took 1 and 3/4 days. The first day Jason removed and installed the new gas furnace. The heat was off from about 9am till 4pm. The gas furnace operated immediately when Jason said it would. On the next day, Jason installed the new chimney liner and provided the connecting lines for the heat pump fluid and place the coil assembly outside and installed the thermostat. Casey installed the heat pump Puron and ran all the necessary tests for our credit/incentives. Then he showed me how to program the thermostat for our personal preferences for heating and cooling. All-in-all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend working with Day Heating and Cooling in the future.

I had gotten this estimate last fall because I was told the furnace would not last too much longer without putting a lot of money into it. Once I contacted the company again this year, the original estimator quickly responded with an updated estimate (which actually had not changed, but now included an option for a nice air filtration system). Jose, the person that performed the installation, arrived right on time, and took great care to protect my carpet along the pathway to and from the furnace. Due to my own scheduling limitations, he left at lunchtime to work on fabricating parts and returned that afternoon to drop off all of the parts needed for installation. He showed up promptly the following morning and finished installation by lunchtime. He then showed me the new furnace and how to change the filter. I'm very happy with the result and am looking forward to more even heating and cooling in the house.

It was the BEST home improvement experience I've had. Timely, tidy, knowledgeable, courteous, (what have I missed?). The price was half of the high bid and about 20% lower than the next lowest bid. The Better Business Bureau gives Day Heating an A+ and I FULLY SUPPORT that rating.

Day heating was rated highly by Angies list and was the only company available on a hot Friday afternoon who could be there that evening! to get our broken heat pump working. We agreed to pay over time. We got a phone call from a very nice lady at the office who let us know 15 minutes ahead of time that the repairman was going to arrive. In the mean time I had turned off the power at the breaker for both the heat pump and the furnace as they quit working, and there was a rushing water sound and then the smell of something burning before shutting off the breakers. The repairman walked in ( at what would be a normal dinner time) and immediately knew that smell was due to a furnace motor had gone out. He had one motor left in his truck and the repair was done in a 1.5 hours. The, very nice, repairman had not had dinner and it was past 8 pm when he finished. He was tired, but polite and very professional. The over time was helped by a 10 percent overall discount. We were very thankful to have the work done in a timely manner !

Nathan arrived at exactly the appointed hour, was fast & efficient & knowledgeable & friendly. Could not ask for better service. He was here within hours of our call with exactly the right appliance, tools, and attachments, and we had hot water again in just 2 hours after his arrival. Highly recommended.

We scheduled this during winter, which could have been a miserable experience, but the installer was quick, and the new furnace is much more efficient. .

Gave good recommendations on new systems for our home. No pressure on which one to pick, and answered all questions on options and costs. Allow us the time figure out what we wanted and worked with us on scheduling a couple of days to get everything installed. Installation went nicely. Their installers were neat and professional. Answered all our questions and always let us know what they were doing. Installation took 1 1/2 days. Went over the new thermostat, system operation and maintenance. Cleaned everything up, were very neat and clean while doing the work.

We've had quite a bit of experience with them. They are very good and? reliable. They stick with their bids and they install good quality products.

Very well. The sales personnel were friendly and professional as were the installation team. The larger filter unit increased air flow throughout the house. The care taken in assessing the size of the unit needed by measuring the house data and entering it into a computer program was appreciated.

This company stood out from beginning to end. I called on a day when we had one of the worse ice snow storms in the history of Corvallis. Of all the companies the sales rep walked up my hill because no car could drive up. He had a quote to me in one day. He was the only company that came prepared. He pulled the information regarding my house and was prepated when he came out. He looked at all the equipment including asking how many registers throughout the house. Fast at answering questions via e-mail. Installer was just has impressive. Very friendly knowledgeable and keep me informed during the two day install. He even cleaned up after the plumber and electrician. This is a company I will both recommend and use again. Highly recommend!!!!

After my AC unit just stopped suddenly they came out next day and looked over my unit and determined the issue quickly and effectively. They kept cost low and did the repairs quickly, recommending other services but never pushing extra costs on me.

Since we bought the home a year ago we have yet to have the heater looked at. Over the summer the heat and the AC would start up and then stop. We did some research on Angie's list to confirm the work of the people to have had last service it and they had a lot of positive comments. They were right, he came in and actually remebered the heater as the technician had been doing the work at this adress for years. Fixed the issue was polite explained what he was doing, why it needed to be done and how to avoid further issues and when we should start thinking about a new heater due to the age of the current unit. It felt great to have a working system and an expert make recommendations. And we got $10 off with a coupon from Angie's list so that also helped. A+ all the way!
