+ -1 moreI called and left messages with this company 3 times and never received a response. I consider this to be unprofessional, and I won't do business with them in the future.

+ -1 moreIf you call them they know what to do. They are professional and knowledgeable.They are easy to work with. I have had no problems with them. I lost a remote and they came out and gave me another one. They offer me different options and tell me the best ones for me.
Description of Work: they came out and installed our satelite dish and helped us set up the service.
