My remodel was done very quickly and professionally. Great company to work with. Ben, kept me informed throughout the process and kept to schedule. He was also flexible enough to do only the work that I wanted done and allow me to finish the rest.

Both my parents passed away this year. Creative Hand & More, took over the remodel and sale of their home. All three children live out of state and we needed a company who would do the whole process...start to finish. Ben and CC are amazing. They drove an hour to the property and met with us before the funeral. They listened how we wanted to proceed as a family. We discussed the best options and they gave us a firm bid to "freshen up" the home. Knowing the home market was changing, they pushed our remodel ahead in their work schedule. The home needed landscaping, power washing, painting inside, carpet and vinyl plank flooring and updated lighting fixtures. We got weekly updates and images of the progress. Although we missed the crazy sales market with rising interest rates, my parents lovely home was only on the market for 3 weeks. We are very happy with the outcome. We'd recommend Ben and CC for any job you need!

Creative Hand & More proved to be professional and reliable from our first interaction, to our last. I was so thankful to feel like our project was in good, honest, talented hands. I was impressed from the get-go when Ben could come up with creative solutions for our small space, whereas other remodelers we had talked to could not think of any solutions. CH&M has exceeded our expectations. The finished deck looks better than we imagined. It was a pleasure to work with Ben and his workers. They were all professional. Ben helped us with design and material selection. The project was finished on time. We have received a good value for our money spent.

My patio looks great! I had an old concrete slab with cracks. Ben and his team removed it and replaced it with a larger, beautiful paver patio. They also put in gravel for me, which wasn't in the originally plan. Very professional, friendly and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, dependable contractor.

It went very well. They came in and did a good job. And they didn't disrupt me.

They built a 2 level deck that cost $40,000 and has a gutter system that is supposed keep the lower level dry. They installed it incorrectly so it leaks (a lot). When asked about the leaks Ben told us to caulk it, which would not solve the problem because the entire deck leaks, and if it leaks he should fix it. Also the roof has had several leaks in the 3 years since it was done. Each time he has come out to fix it but we continue to have more leaks.

The company and crew were very professional and worked within Covid-19 guidelines. They were organized,neat and the completed work was excellent. We liked their work so much we are using them for another job at our home.

I loved the job Creative Hands and More did instaling a bathroom where not had existed before. Ben always kept me informed when his crew would be around to work and when inspections were scheduled. He was very willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. When I wanted something changed along the way, no problem. I realy liked the crew he was working with, they were very pleasant; along with the plumber and electrician. I got everything I wanted and love it.

Because of the structure of the garage, the doors were a unique project. I am very happy with the way they solved & dealt with the situation. I’ve had many compliments regarding the job. The cost was very reasonable & fair to both parties.

We were super nervous as we had never done a home remodel before. We checked out all the contractors on Angies List and Creative Hands and More was highly recommended. Ben and his crew were courteous and listened to exactly what we wanted. He was a great help when dealing with city regulations and permits and kept our minds at ease while our remodel was right in the middle of pandemic. The new bathroom, living room, 2 bedrooms and soon to be kitchen look AMAZING! Thank you so much Ben and crew. We will be using them again!

From estimate to finish I couldn't have ask for a nicer experience. Ben pressure washed my deck (an boy did he wash my deck) It has been years since the last washing. What a job I kidded Ben about the saying measure once, twice & thrice and then cut. I would recommend Creative Hand & More Inc. you will get an excellent job and see someone enjoying their craft.

Professional company with all of the skills needed to do the job! The owner was responsive and allowed us to do some pre-work in order to save costs. He maintained good communication with us and checked on the crew's work daily. He even spent the last day working on it himself. For the price we paid I would have expected the rails to have been finished, but I overlooked this in the contract (and now we are spending time and money ourselves painting). The deck is built to last, and we can't wait to enjoy summer evenings on it!

The project went very well. Ben is professional and kind, patient with questions, and transparent. He installed a side door that we added screen to at the last minute which didn’t faze he or his crew. And his crew was efficient and trustworthy.

Ben and Katcina are amazing to work with, very responsive, professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I needed a long paver pathway in my backyard. Ben came out took measurements and developed the pattern to make my backyard look amazing. In two years this is my fourth project using Creative Hand & More and I look forward to working with them again in the future to make my house the home I want it to be.

I learned of Creative Hand & More from a friend who is a neighbor to someone Ben had done work for. Those people were So Satisfied that they bragged to their neighbor, my friend. So when I asked my friend for a recommendation, she told me about Ben and Creative Hand & More. Ben came out right away and gave me an estimate, I agreed to it. It was for gutters and fascia and soffits. We knew there was some dry rot. When he opened it up he didn't find any more than what we saw at the beginning. He stuck to the price, did not find any additional dry rot. He and his crew did a very good job. He went over and above what he contracted to do. His was the second bid I got. And he under-bid the first by more than half. He's very kind and polite and thoughtful. The thing that was most outstanding about Ben is that he's a man of integrity and honesty. And it's so refreshing! I would highly recommend him, his work and the company to anybody.

Ben was excellent right from the beginning. I had a few other much higher estimates but I think they did not want to take the project on. Ben was reassuring from the beginning and gave a much better price and then estimate. The work was done when he said it would be and progressed smoothly. It is now complete and looks absolutely beautiful. The cement contractor put in a stable floor with a beautiful pattern and paths and steps. I would definitely hire Ben again for anything else. He is reliable and answers questions and was available at all times when I had questions. I will add a photo when I can find my phone attachment.

Our deck needed to be replaced. Creative Hand & Hammer came to the rescue. They adjusted their schedule and worked long hours to get the job done by the time we needed. They are very meticulous in everything from planting the supports to the finishing touches. The deck looks great and will last forever thanks to Ben and his crew. We will be contacting them again in the spring for another project.

I, with every confidence, would highly recommend them for any projects you may be considering hiring them for. They were not only extremely nice and responsive to deal with but their integrity was top notch. They honestly cared about my projects and were patient in the process. There were some challenges with each of them due to the nature of my home and Ben and Katcina were both super creative in helping to determine the best approach. Their prices were very fair but I also felt that I got more than I paid for and they went above and beyond what I expected. They paid attention to the little details which I unbelievably appreciated and with any project as I made little changes or additions they took them in stride. The more they had to accomplish the more I got the feeling that they could handle anything and handle it well. I would not hesitate to use them and recommend to anyone I know. I plan on using them in the future as well.
