It went great! Contractor showed up when he said he would. Work was done very quickly and no mess was left behind. Very happy with entire transaction.

Quick, easy, and painless. These guys were great to work. Jason was responsive and communicative and took care of the entire project in two days, which was particularly helpful since we were in the process of listing our home. I feel like we got a great value. I would definitely consider Cravenho for future work.

I'd give them all "A's" and I'd use them again. The service was fast and they cleaned everything up. They did a great job, very high quality.

He took the money and never showed to do the work, was very hard to communicate with on all levels and would not return the money. When I could not get Cravenho to respond I reached out to Angie list to see if they could help. He would not even respond to Angie's list, it wasn't until I disputed the charge with credit card company did I get a call from Cravenho. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad News on a grand scale.

Crew was quick - took two days. Unfortunately they didn't cleanup well - debris in all gutters, on the ground. Nails were left on roof, in the gutters and on the ground. Had to call and bring them back out to do flashing on chimney as agreed. Also took two days to clean garage due to debris from job covering all of our storage. Ultimately got a $300 refund.

It went good. It took them a while to get it done because of the weather. They just finished, and they did good. They did charge me more than $5,000, there was another $495 of material that they needed. It took them two days to finish, once they were able to start.

It went on time and he was responsive to specific issues with the roof. The cleanup was done well also.

Great job, good price, got the job done right away and cleaned up after.

Inquired through Angie's List for company to contact us to do an estimate on a job to stain the fence surrounding the backyard behind our house. Company never responded or called. Will use someone else.

It went well. The roof looks great. They even assisted with some minor concerns we had about spots on our roof. They made the chimney look better. They mounted a weather vane for us. They even removed a stove pipe the previous owners had left in the roof and wall.

Cravenho also has a auto repair shop but I couldn't find it on here so I'm reviewing it under their construction business. They've always done a great job at fixing our vehicles but today really made my fiance and I appreciate them so much more. We had an emergency situation where our car started over heating and leaking antifreeze every where. As soon as I walked in they were there to help right away even without an appointment which made it so much better cause we were in desperate need of some help. They fixed it up no problem and sent us on our way. Thank you guys for being so awesome and caring about the community.

Jason Cravenho and his crew saved our house! We had just received word from our home inspector that the house we were about to buy needed a completely new roof and the first quotes we had gotten were nearly 50% higher than what we ended up paying for the superior job done by Cravenho Construction. Jason listened to what we needed, quoted the roof and several other jobs we needed done and made it possible for us to somehow fit all of the work into an amount we could afford. This was a huge, scary project for us and having Jason onsite made us feel like we could relax and focus on packing while he and his crew did the heavy lifting of getting the house ready for us to move in. He was an invaluable resource and we were so thrilled with the experience we hired him and his crew to some interior and exterior painting work on the house we moved out of. They did a fantastic job on that too, even retexturing a wall so brilliantly you would never know there had been damage to it. I really can't say enough about the experience of working with Cravenho Construction. Great work at a great price by some great folks!

Don't hire them. They cut corners. Jason installed 3 ceiling fans himself at our new residence. We complained the fans were wobbly and not straight. He told us that's just how they were made. 6 months later the fan in my grandsons room was falling out of the ceiling, also injuring him. We called an electrician to fix the problem. It was an additional $500.00 because Cravenho Construction never installed the correct brackets to hold the weight of the fans.

Cravenho Construction sent out a crew to build a fence. We let him purchase the materials on our Home Depot card. When we got the bill they had also purchased tools, buckets, food, and other items not pertaining to my fence. Jason insisted to put cap lights on the front fence. When they said the job was completed non of the 19 lights had been screwed on. They were just sitting on top of the fence. The top boards had one screw every 8ft. We called and called to have the fence fixed. Jason never properly fixed it. We had to go buy screws and attach all the lights our selves. The gate literally was falling off after the first couple rains. The fence has fallen apart 3 more times and it is not even a year old. It has been really lousy to deal with and the company should have fixed its work.

Did not hire and was very happy hiring Pfeiffer roofing to fix my roof.

Jason was easy to work with and very responsive with estimate and contract. His crew was pleasant and professional, keeping me updated as the work progressed. My roof needed to be removed and replaced and once the work was started it was completely finished in 2 1/2 days. My new roof is beautiful and the property around the house is clean with no signs of debris. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

I received a call from Jason Cravenho within 10-minutes of making the purchase here on Angie's List. The weather this year has been one of the wettest in Oregon and I told Jason I would work with him on the timing. I knew I might need to be patient given the weather and whatever customers were ahead of us. Our porch had been leaking for several years already, though I had a small tarp put over it, but it too was leaking. Before I could ask, Jason said he'd have someone out in the morning to put a good tarp over it until they could get to it. The next morning someone was there and tarped off the roof for us. And the rains came, but the porch was dry. While we waited for the rains to cease and for us to move up in his work Que, Jason was very responsive and informative to every request for an update. We emailed the paperwork back & forth getting all the necessary stuff out of the way ahead of time. When the time came to do the roof they wasted no time getting to it. They parked their dump trailer so the bulk of the old roof could be dumped directly into it, and placed tarps around the house to catch whatever didn't make it into the trailer. 2 1/2 days later the job was complete. Jason came the next day to pick up the trailer and inspect his crew's work. Both my wife & I were pleased with the job and the clean-up afterward, yet Jason had the guys come back the following day to reinspect their work and to pick up a few (very small) missed pieces. We are very pleased with the job they did for us and would definitely do business with them again!

Weather delayed the start but Jason and his crew worked to get it done in the shortest time window possible!

Went good! Jason and crew were great! Despite unpleasant weather conditions they got the roof replaced. He stayed in constant communication with us regarding the date of our project in relation to the weather. They use high quality materials. Jason gave us a good deal compared to other roofers and stuck to that price. I will use Cravenho construction again.

Jason and team did the full job in a day, working around snow showers in early Dec. The new roof looks great. Jason called when they were done to explain the work and to be sure I had all the docs needed for the warranty. I paid 40% less than an estimate from another roofer. I actually never met him in person and the whole thing went smoothly.

They re-used the 23 yr old flashing on whole roof. Damaged the chimney flashing, causing a leak on our ceiling inside. Cravenho Construction has not come out to fix the Chimney flashing yet. I have emailed and phoned several times trying to get the flashing fixed. We are going on 3 months with our Chimney flashing bent with a hole that they Caulked for a temporary fix. Jason did say he had ordered the flashing and was just waiting for a dry day. We have had a few dry days since October. I am hoping I get the Chimney Flashing fixed soon or I will be forced to pay more money to get it fixed. This was my first purchase through Angie's list and I doubt I will do another one.

We contracted Cravenho about our roof in August. We then secured the roof replacement pricing through Angies list and scheduled the job for September. We found Cravenho easy to work with on all aspects of the job: scheduling; work; payments; color selection; roofing types; etc.,.. Much to our surprise, they were able to do a complete tear off and replacement in 1 day.We are very happy with the work and the company. Apparently one of our neighbors was as well; she had her roof replaced by Cravenho a month later
