Jason and his crew are an answer to my prayers!! I had another roofer lined up who backed out the morning of the roofing job. Jason came through for me and had a crew at my house within 24 hours to start and finish the job! They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely hard workers....my new roof is perfect! I highly recommend Cravenho!

Purchased in Nov. Work done in July as per understanding of good weather requirement. Full strip down of 4 various sized roofing surfaces that was cedar shake and replaced by composite. Needed almost complete coverage with new plywood also. Price was $16+k and took 3 days to complete. Workers were friendly and did a good job. Would recommend.

The job was completed quicker than first quoted by company which was really nice. I live on the coast so getting it done before the rains was imperative. I received several quotes from other roofers and this company was right in there so I felt I was not being taken advantage of, something I feel from other companies as I am a single woman. The job was completed in less than 2 days. The crew was friendly and stuck to the job. Clean up was continual as the old roofing was being removed so everything remained picked up in the yard. The roof looks so professionally done. There were some problems I had with the old roof and they fixed all of it. They also have a financing program available which is nice if you do not have the cash. Will use this company again in the future for other work on the house like replacing siding and hopefully painting. Thank you Jason and crew. Hope to see you all in the future.

Jason is great! He spreads himself a little thin at times but his crew picks up the slack and completes the job on time and within specks agreed upon.

Jason was always available for questions prior to the removal and installation of the roof. Roofing job was coordinated around the weather and everything work out accordingly. His crew was willing to answer questions and area cleaned up after each day.

Jason Cravenho, the proprietor, was helpful and credible from our very first steps in replacing a 24-year old roof. Since reroofing doesn't happen very often we needed a refresher course on modern materials and techniques and essentials - and got it. The job completed in the time promised by an excellent crew was very good value for what we paid. Seamless coordination of tear-off of old roof and safety measures for workers was good and strategic placement by subcontractor of roofing materials was impressive. Clean-up happened day by day. Excellent service and willing to work with my budget by reducing cost since I painted the board and trim

Jason's crew did not show the original day they were scheduled because the job they were working on in Portland took longer than expected. I did not hear from Jason regarding the delay. I waited until about 7pm and texted Jason asking where they were. It was at this time he told me they were delayed. I think it would have been courteous to let me know asap when he realized they were not going to make it that day. The 2 employees of Jason's showed up first thing on the next day. They quickly went to work on the leak repairs. They repaired it without offering me an estimate first. I was a bit surprised and upset. The repairs they made to the front porch were unsatisfactory and continued to leak when it rained again. They did come back promptly and made the necessary repairs. I requested an estimate to repair the wood water damage on the front porch the leaks caused. Jason did not come and see the damage and the 2 employees must have given him the details of what was needed. The estimate came in very low so I knew they did not include all the repairs needed. Contacted Jason and he said he would come and do another estimate. I requested this 3 different times and Jason never came for the revised estimate. I even said I would contact another company and still no contact. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Jason also originally did not include the Angie's List discount. I contacted him regarding this and he processed the return but for whatever reason it took over a week to show up in my credit card account. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Pros. Work was good. Jason and his crew worked hard; fast and roof looks great. Cons. There was trash, pop cans and even cigarette butts left on roof from crew, but Jason made sure things were cleaned up promptly. Some nails had to be hammered down that we’re sticking up which Jason took care of. Overall we were pleased with the job.

Overall went well. Super happy with the results. He was quick to reply to questions and emails. Kept in communication about progress and concerns during the project. Quickly and professionally remedied the only issue that arose, completely handled the situation perfectly the very next day. End results were fantastic especially considering the value price offered through Angie's List. We were able to choose our own color and style, which turned out to be kinda unique, a very light color that isn't common. Thank you again, we love our new roof! Only one slight mark for not providing a porta-potty, the guys had to use our restroom to do their business a few times.

We ended up needing a new roof after a large tree branch hit the side of the house and also tore off a large long piece of soffit. I was impressed the day we called Jason, he was here doing the estimate. The back of our roof had three layers on it, so repairing wasn't going to work. We also needed inside work because the roof was leaking. Jason was able to bid the entire project. His crew came out and they were able to do all work in two days including a through cleanup. They had all there own equipment and generators. Will hire them again and highly recommend them. Thank You for your great work.

Jason was great. Kept in touch while we waited for an exceptionally rainy spring to ease up. Did a great job. Even came back and fixed a couple of shingles that lifted, after I sent him a picture. Great customer service!

I called Jason Cravenho on a Wednesday to get a quote on replacing my roof. He normally uses an online program to estimate the job, but trees were covering the satellite view of my home. He came out the next morning (Thursday) and estimated the job. His estimate of $12,000 was very reasonable, considering the extent of the job. The estimate included materials and labor for 42 squares of shinges, a synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield in the valleys, new flashing and edging all around, and a replacing all the roof vents and up to 2 sheets of plywood. The shingles are Owens-Corning Duration 40-year architectural shingles. The coming weekend was supposed to be rain-free, and I asked if they could start right away. He said he could start at 0830 Sunday morning. I picked the shingle color from a link on his website and printed off the contract he emailed me. He asked for half the fee up front. At 0830 Sunday morning he and his crew showed up at my house in Otis - an hour from his shop in Keizer. I gave Jason a check for half the bid and a signed contract, they climbed up the roof and started tearing it off. Jason estimated they would be done Tuesday evening. In a few hours they had half the roof torn off and had started putting on underlayment and the ice and water shield.. I had to leave on business. When I returned Wednesday afternoon the roof was done. It looks FANTASTIC! New metal edging all along the house, flashing in an area where there had been a leak, no more leaks around my gutters, some rotted fascia replaced and the whole thing cleaned up. Jason had sent me photos of the roof that morning, but in person was better. Jason also told me that an addtional 4 sheets of plywood had to be replaced. He also emailed me an invoice for the remainder of the bill. When it was all said and done there was an additional 1 hour of labor plus 4 sheets of plywood billed - an extra $205. Very reasonable for replacing the plywood, fascia, and a rotted 2x4. The next day his crew showed up again to re-clean. I had thought it was fine, but Jason had seen some things he thought needed cleaned up better. I sent the check for the balance with his crew. I would use Cravenho Construction again without hesitation. From contact to final clean-up was a week and they straight-up did everything they said they would do on time and for the amount we agreed upon. I couldn't be happier with this experience!

This company is awesome. The 3 day job of replacement of the large roof on my house was both fast and professional. As I am 74 years old, I have to be wary of predictors trying to take advantage of the elderly. I feel the owner of this company wants his customers to be happy with the job when it is finished. I appreciate that as I am on a limited income and need the job done right with a company that will stand behind their work. I would hire this company again.

I was very pleased with Mr Cravenho and his team. I called him to see if I could schedule a bid and he happened to be near the town I reside, he stopped off on his way home to take a look at my problem. Mr Cravenho was efficient and gave me a fair price. I had a water leak, which caused a fair of damage and he fit me into his schedule within a few days. I'm very pleased with his team, they explained every part of the process and were neat and tidy. I will be hiring his services again. The communication was excellent and I feel the entire service was above and beyond excellent.

From the bid process through the completion of the job these guys were the greatest. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, Friendly and hard working. Jason is also a great guy. I have been giving their number out to friends and neighbors and would highly recommend them.

Cravenho were wonderful! We called Jason needed our leaky roof replaced in a hurry. Though it was unclear when exactly he could get us on the schedule, he offered to come immediately patch the leaky spots to hold us over until a full replacement could be done. When additional (new) spots began to leak, the Cravenho crew team came out during a holiday (the day before thanksgiving and the day after) to replace our entire roof on short notice. It looks great and we are so grateful to Jason/Cravenho's responsiveness! We recommend.

Nothing can happened if they do not respond to calls..

I declined their service. I expected a price of $5900 as per the discount offer at Angie's list with the addition of some facia replacement. But a quote of just under $10 is outrageous to say the least.

It took awhile to get on the schedule but the wait was worth it. The crew was prompt and professional and even replaced my skylight when I asked them to last minute. The only concern I had was they did the work in the rain.

Delay in delivery of shingles. 50 percent of total due before shingles were ordered. Had to re-schedule roofing due to rain. Work crew was friendly and roof took 2 days to complete. Roof looks good.
