Description of Work: Jason and crew installed new roof. The roof was put on in two and 1/2 days with no mess left behind. We did have a couple of issues afterward, but they took care of us in a very timely manner. I was happy with every aspect of dealing with Cravenho Construction.

Description of Work: "I paid $325.00 thru Angie's List for a Roof Maintenance Package on 11-4-15. |No work was performed either day they showed up. |They called on 11-10-15 and asked about roof. Told them I had a steep roof. No mention that it would cost me additional money. |They showed up on a Friday 11-13-15 to do the work, looked at the roof and said they would have to come back with the right equipment since my roof is so steep. No mention that it would cost me more money. |They arrived the following Monday 11-16-15, with the boss on the phone (same guy from Friday) who told me it would cost me an additional $200.00. I was not prepared to pay since no mention of additional costs when talked about previous two times. |I told them to forget it and that I would be giving them a poor rating on Angie's List. |They gave no apology. They just left. |I need to get my $325.00 refunded."

Description of Work: Installed solar fan on roof |I was originally told they were booked out 6 weeks |After several months and no schedule set I called them and they did come out right away and did the install. They were quite professional and seemed quite knowledgable on the install |How ever they did not give me a receipt and after two phone calls they still have not provided me with a receipt of the work done or warranty |No I will not use them again

Description of Work: They installed a new Arch composition roof. The work was fast, cleanup was good and the workers were courteous. |Communication with Jason was spotty, but he did as he stated. My only complaint would be the lack of warrantee paperwork and contract materials.

Description of Work: Two guys from Cravenho came out, picked up my supplies at Home Depot, and built a storage unit under my carport using fencing (so it's an open air storage area). I had designed the structure, and they did a lovely and very effficient job of building it, including sinking a fence post in concrete and installing a gate. They were amazing.

Description of Work: I had them come to give me a no cost estimate for about 6 minor projects. He didn't send me the estimates as he said he would & I've called him twice since with no response. Just a frustrated potential customer.

Description of Work: I asked for them to install laminate flooring in my bathroom and install a new sink. I had tried to contact them through Angie's List and via email before the agreed date and had no response. I called the day before and asked for an arrival time and he said he would let me know by the end of the day. I did not hear back until the day of service and they were coming at 2pm. I ended up taking the entire day off when I didn't need to, which was frustrating. The guys were very polite and stayed busy the whole time. The floor was completed and looks good. I was aware that we were nearing the paid time, and they asked if I knew about the hourly rate after the 2 hours and I said, yes. I had mentioned several times while setting up the appointment that I had a sink which needed to be installed. All of the sudden, they didn't have tools and materials needed to complete the job. While I don't want someone doing a job they are not comfortable with, it was frustrating that I mentioned the sink several times and that they didn't have the tools to do that job.

Description of Work: i paid to $240 to Angies List when i joined. i got a note from cravenho to call them. i did so. we made an appointment. they never showed and did not return my calls. i want all my money back. |heron

Description of Work: They were on time (actually early), got right to work and completed the five things on my list, with the exception of having to come back to solve a problem not of their causing.

Description of Work: Replaced door frame. It didn't go good,when old door frame was removed I thought I saw more rot.the younger man told me it was OK so over the top they went.and I didn't get the hours I paid for.I have spoke with the owner a few times and he said he would send someone back to finish but Iam still waiting.

Description of Work: they installed a solar attic fan on my roof, I wasn't home but they had checked the day before. The installer didn't need to enter inside my attic, it was all done from my roof.

Description of Work: Did an excellent job. They were on time and Scott was an excellent worker.

Description of Work: Received bid based on visit. Job was added to and lowered during deck re-build. But made up for problems by addition of application of wood sealer at no cost to us
