Once they got to our location they did great work, and did all that was needed.

It turned out okay. It wasn't so good at first but they finally came out and did everything that I needed them to do and so, it is good. I am not sure I will use them in future, I might search a little more. Not that they were bad or anything it is just that, there were some communication issues at first. The owner was real good about making up for it in getting the job done and I was satisfied with it at the end.

two guys were great and so helpful with things i was not able to do.

Everything went well. We appreciated that Jason fit us in to his schedule fairly quickly as we were in a hurry. It made a long day for him and his crew. Jason said he would show up with another person to do the work, for a total of two guys for four hours. He showed up with a crew of 3 (one additional person) and still worked the four hours. Some of the jobs were easy but the cabinet and sink work was more complicated. Jason and his crew did good work. We were happy with everything, and especially the cabinet work. Our home is much more functional now. These guys seem capable of complicated and simple jobs. I recommend them.

This was a great team. Showed up on time, called the day before to confirm work and showed up with all necessary materials to get the job done. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them again. Thanks

The guys (owner and 'helper' identified the problem with the dining room lighting and suggested how we could get the fixture repaired, which we did subsequently at our own, extra expense. The 'helper' worked h****** the slider door tracks with some scrapers and screwdrivers but only managed to make the problem worse. The guys did manage to mount a small coatrack for us that seems to be secure and work as intended. Overall, we did not feel like we got our money's worth from this 'deal.'

We paid for 4 hours of service. What we got was two hours with two guys. If they were both working that would have been fine; but one did all the work and the other talked on the phone to his wife. They both left for Home Depot, and we thought that one should have gone and one worked. There were a couple of small things we would have liked done, and could have if they were both working.

Went great, would hire again!

They came out on time in stalled the fan and sealed the fan and check out the hole roof for me and sealed some areas for me.

Did a good job. Very pleasant to work with. They did reschedule the job once and were 1 hour late to appointment because of traffic. Once at my house, they were efficient and good.

Very professional and the installation went quick. Could see it working immediately and I do think it is helping keep my home cooler. I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

When I saw the deal for a solar powered attic fan installation from Cravenho Construction, I was very interested. But, I wanted a dual power fan; not a strictly solar one. I called them to discuss my options. I purchased the package, but with an upgraded dual supply fan. (Of course, I paid the additional cost for the fan and the electrical installation.) Jason and his assistant did the install in about 2 hours. He knowledgeably discussed installation location and I like that it is barely visible from the front. Overall, I?m happy with the install. I have other handyman jobs that I would like to do, in the future. I will most definitely, consider Cravenho for the jobs.

The overall experience with Cravenho Construction was truly excellent. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, or any home owner. When we decided to start preparing our house for a sale this year, we knew we had big investments ahead work-wise, with a fence tstarting to collapse, leaky faucets and cosmetic issues. But a home inspection revealed to us that the entire roof needed to replacement, with exterior holes developing, and moist-air from antiquated shower ducts was about to create a mold-nightmare in the attic, in addition to a slew of other problems that could hold up a house sale (earth-to-wood contact around the house, unstrapped water heater, lack of railing on part of our front stairs etc) we felt like the floor had dropped out from under us... We knew we had expensive and urgent work ahead, that could only get worse with delay, and didn't know where to start. My fear, confirmed by estimates I got from other contractors, was that most would focus on big ticket items, taking as much money as they could, sensing the desperation like blood in the water. My other fear, that someone that seemed to understand my needs might make promises they couldn't deliver, the "too good to be true" dilemma. Finding someone that could do the job right, but also accounted for the fact that I wanted to sell the house (and not invest a fortune) was proving difficult. This almost led me to a costly mistake, going the route of an unlicensed contractor on Craigslist who thought I could get away with just replacing part of the roof and salvaging the rest. From the moment I met Jason, the owner of Cravenho Construction, I was impressed by his honesty and professionalism. He understood and cared for my desires to be smart, and not overspend, and to tackle as much all at once (bang for the buck) as possible. Yet he insisted that to not replace my entire roof, would be a big mistake, taking me up on the roof to show me all the reasons why. Extremely logical, and wise advise. I would have wasted thousands had I gone that route. Yet the estimate Jason gave me for the entire roof, and a slew of other big items, such as the replacement of the shower vent system, removing my fence (he even removed a big pile of stone and wood in my yard at no additional cost), earth-to-wood contact, and myriad of other items, was extremely reasonable, and far below my worst case scenario. Complete roof replacement. I was frightened might be in the 10K range, which I just couldn't afford. And yet I had so many other things I also needed to do around the house... Yet Jason was able to do this ALL for approximately 6600. Licensed, bonded, and warrantied. Having agreed to the reasonable prices, Jason was very communicative about the project details and start dates the entire process, and was true to his word on every part of it. Jason and his workers worked hard and efficiently, knocking out the smaller items first, and then lastly the roof in two solid days. The roof looks beautiful, everything looks solid, and high quality, and everything we agreed upon done exactly as I had hoped they would with no surprises at all on the bill or work. Jason and crew, were extremely friendly, honest, professional, hard-working, and extremely reasonable on pricing. For these reasons, my wife and I are breathing easier, knowing that the worst is over, and that the bank is not broken. These days, it's hard to find businesses that don't try to gouge you, counting on never seeing you again. Cravenho Construction's reasonable prices, old school professionalism, and quality work are the kind that will keep you calling them in the future for more work, and refer others to them. This is the way businesses should run. Common sense, that's just not so common! Thank you Jason for everything; the hard work, reasonable prices, professionalism, honesty, and for saving the day.

They called before they arrived and were on time. Talked with my husband about the placement and got it installed. It seems to be working fine. They also told us of a few issues with the roof which we scheduled to have done. We do have questions about one of the issues of roofing around our skylights; after seeing it is done the same way everywhere else in the neighborhood and there have never been any leaks.

The four hour service was for 2 guys for 2 hours of work, I wasn't aware of this when I bought the service. Overall, acceptable work though in my personal opinion, the guys could have been more productive with their time.

Did the job professionally and quickly (45 minutes). Provided useful tips on roof maintenance. Highly recommend.

Jason and Chad were an excellent team. They went the extra mile having to go get a ladder tall enough to install the chandeliers. They were friendly and had great humor. The drywall repair is excellent. Great quality and they knew what they were doing! They were flexible in that I paid for the first two hours and then we settled up on the day of after they spent 5 1/2 hours here.

After a prompt response to my order, they arrived on time, looked at my list and went to work. Jason and Chad worked together and it was immediately obvious to me, that they were professional and skilled and finished my list and more. WOW! I had bought a garbage disposal unit to replace the one which hadn't worked for months. But, Jason, rapidly fixed the old one which was clogged inside and showed me what to do if it happened again. The downstairs shower had low water pressure and I had sought advice from many people on this. Jason and Chad just set to work after consulting with me as to what they thought. They found the hidden problem of a broken part inside and replaced the hand held shower and it works like a charm. With each job, they checked with me as to what I wanted and even though a number of jobs were small, that made a real difference to me. They were careful in the way they treated my old house and again, this was so appreciated I would definitely recommend them highly and would use them again.

Jason and his crew were great. They were very friendly and professional. They came with only short notice, and preformed the work very quickly. They did an excellent job and their price was excellent too! I will most definitely be using their services again, and I definitely recommend them to anyone seeking any of their services.

The company arrived as promised with the necessary equipment and materials. The posts were set on one day and a couple days later after the cement set the company came back to finish the work. The work was performed in an efficient manner and I was consulted on any details that might affect the esthetics associated with the work. After the work was completed all areas were cleaned and left in as good or better condition than when the company began the work. Workers were very polite and courteous. They treated my home as if it was as important to them as it is to me. I have used the company for prior projects and have nothing but the highest comments relating to their work.
