Jason was great to work with, they removed the old roof and replaced with Owens Corning products. They cleaned everything up and hauled away. The roof looks great!

Went very very well. They were in and out in one day! Workers were very considerate, well mannered and cleaned up afterward. They even cleaned up the leaves off the walkway!

Jason contacted me via email the same day I purchased the package. Some normal back and forth to connect, but once we did he quickly provided an estimate for the actual size of my roof. Since the sq. footage was over the amount covered by the package I knew going in there would be an extra charge. The actual charge for the extra size was less than I expected and imo very reasonable. All said fairly significantly less than other quotes I had. Within a few days of purchase Jason had provided a bid for the extra size, a contract, ordered materials and scheduled a date to complete the roof (about 3 weeks out) with an estimate that it would be finished within 2 days of work starting. Day before work was to begin a porta-potty was delivered, day work was to begin materials were delivered in the morning but no worker's showed up to install. No notification from the company as to if there was a delay or not. I emailed Jason to figure out if there was a change of plans. He was unavailable in a training most of that day, but did email and then call me in the evening to confirm the work would be done the following day. The following day worker's arrived on time and immediately started working. A crew of 6 made very quick work of the roof. They moved some patio furniture and covered the ground around the house to protect it during the tear off and install. Very clean and tidy work. The worker's were diligent and professional, kept the property clean during the work and promptly cleaned up all tools, ect after they were finished. Overall a very good experience. Only think they could have done better was to notify me once they knew that they would not be starting on the originally planned day (they still started only one day later and finished within the originally estimated time frame).

After having over the last couple of years looking for a company that would roof our house for a reasonable price, I found one. Cravenho Construction and Building.. Not only did I have them roof the house, they roofed one of the out buildings. They came on the 14th and tore the roofs off, laid the felt, put the bundles on the roof and cleaned up all the trash. The 15th and part of the 16th two men came and roofed both. Now the good part. They roofed The house and building with top of the line corning architectural roofing with a lifetime warranty. Where other companies lowest bids for just the house $11,500, Cravenho did both buildings for just under $9000.00 Want to give credit to Angie's list for finding this great company. Going to have him come back and paint the house and put a fence up if his bid is as reasonable has the roof was. Want to add one more thing. Jason Cravenho the owner hires the right people for the job. From tearing down the roofs, to clean up and adding the roof, the crew were professional in all aspects and did real quality work. Jason and his crew were wonderful. Not only did they show up on time, they were early and even worked thru the rain the first day. Roof removed and replaced in two and one half days. Great cleanup and my house looks brand new. Jason was quick on his estimate, returned calls and was prompt with his appointments. Will recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks Jason and the guys.

I bought a deal through AL for a new roof, based on their reviews. These folks were terribly unprofessional, always late (sometimes days), didn't call when they said they would, and did shoddy work. They asked if I wanted a specific drip edge on my roof, which I said yes to, then they failed to install it. It was like pulling teeth to get them back to do it, and within a few weeks, half of it had blown off. The folks who are fixing it said it was affixed with one nail and silicone. In addition, they broke, chipped and cracked so much of my siding around the roof, I'm having to get the whole area replaced. I'm no roof expert, but when I climbed up to deal with a gutter issue, it became clear to me that the decking they had installed the roof over was water damaged or rotted at the edges. They never advised me of this or gave me the option to replace it. It has taken me two years to get a contractor scheduled to fix all of the problems they left me with, and it's going to cost thousands to fix. I wish I'd just paid someone time/materials to do it right from the get-go. Do yourself a favor and skip these folks, even if it means paying a little more. You'll save in the end. I'm not looking forward to learning what else fails over the coming years.

Perfectly! Jason was amazing to work with. His crew showed up on time every day for 4 days and left the yard totally clean every day, no debris anywhere on the ground. The cost was extremely reasonable for a steep roof and a detached garage. He came by daily to check on progress. I would recommend Cravenho Construction to anybody.

Wonderful customer service and just a great group of people to work with. Highly recommend for any construction projects!

Not well - never showed up and never followed up despite four attempts to follow up

Everything went smoothly: Damaged piece of T-111 was removed, new piece purchased, installed and painted. They cleaned up after they were done.

All roofers we extremely professional and tidy. Did a thorough job of cleaning everything up, and were very conscientious of the flower beds. I was scared to take on this task as I have never had to re-roof and had no experience... usually my brother does all my handy work but was already over booked, but he did sit in on the evaluation and told he believed Jason knew what he was talking about. Jason didn't always keep me up to date, but we all have busy lives, and I knew the score... the weather wasn't always cooperating. He was timely and professional once he started the job and keep me informed through out. Good Guy!

I seriously recommend that you not use this Cravenho Construction and Building How did it go? Well after the private text to Cravenho Construction asking why they had not called back. Cravenho Construction did call me back at 10:25PM Thursday April 7, 2016 and Screamed at me... " I get 400+ calls a day...How Dare you threaten me with a bad AngiesList review..." this was heard by my wife across the room! I seriously recommend that you not use this Cravenho Construction and Building

Jason was extremely responsive in our initial contact and throughout the process. I am a perfectionist when it comes to things so it was very important to me that whomever worked on our house understood that. Jason and his crew arrived on time, worked professionally, and competed the job as scheduled. He even had his crew roof our garden shed to match with the extra tiles and no extra cost! I couldn't have asked for a more stress free and happy experience. Will definitely use them again and spread the word everywhere! Thank you Jason and your crew at Cravenho Construction!

Jason and his crew did a great job with our new roof. Jason was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Pricing was great. They were able to get it done very quickly. I was also impressed by the amazing job they did cleaning up. There was absolutely no evidence left that they had been there which was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason the owner is a pleasure to work with. His crew was clean organized and my large roof was done in two days and I have not found one scrap of roofing material in my yard. Remarkable! I was impressed.

Because of the incessant rain that we've had the contactor had to wait for a break in the weather but once the weather broke enough we had a crew of 8 converge on our home to tear off the old shingles and put down the new underlayment in one day before they left. A crew of two came back the next day and a half and put down the new shingles. To answer 'How did it go?' It went as good as I would have hoped. The crew was responsive, cleaned up after themselves and asked questions if needed. Part of the bid was to replace the metal valleys but the foreman questioned this because the existing ones were serviceable so the end result was a little less costly than was expected. All in all a 'Job well done

I had trouble contacting this company and tried for several days using their office number. finally i got a call from someone and was informed there was cell number to use. I called the cell number and scheduled the date. A truck arrived with 2 crewman to do the work. I greeted the boss of the crew and repeated that the old inoperable fan would need to be removed first and then have the new solar fan installed. I also informed him that the town house roof was owned by the HMO and that there could not be any new holes or other work done without their permission. I left them to do their work and turned on the attic light, and left the attic open for access. I did not get their names and did their work. They departed within a half hour of work. I then went out to inspect the work and i am unsure of the brand warranty or any paperwork about the item. They crew boss did not inform me that they had finishes or asked if there was any clarification was needed about the product or the installation. when i looked out of my window the crew and truck had departed. I knew nothing about solar attic fans, is this a one speed or dual speed, can it be adjusted and how. They did not try to collect the Big Deal coupon code. I called Angie's list if i was entitled to any paper work about this project and they said that they would refer it to their team. Later the owner of the company provided the paper work and the warranty information.

The fan they put in was fine but what happened, we haven't done a review yet but what happened was that they came to the house and we had an existing fan already one that you switched on and they had taken that one out thinking, you know they lifted it up, thinking that's where there going to put that one and they must have put it back down, while it was working the day before and then it stopped working and so we don't have anything but they did come back out and say we did put it back where it was and everything and so, because we were thinking we were going to have two fans, two attic fans instead of one solar and one old one that we've always had. So that's it on that. You know they said that, the thing was that got me was they said well we really, they asked that somebody be home but they never asked us if we had an attic fan. They said well we really don't need anybody to be home because we can do it without anybody being there because we work on the outside of the house. I feel like they should have asked us things before they did anything. I think the fans would have still been working if they wouldn't have pulled it out and put it back in but we have no proof that they did anything but the solar fan is nice, that they put in, they did a good job on that but I just feel like if they would have asked us or at least, we offered, we had the attic open for them and everything and said do you want to go in and look?, no we don't need to go look in the attic at all. So we didn't know they were going to pull that one out. We did offer to go see what was going on in the attic but they said no we don't need to do that. They're really nice and they did come back out and see if they could well maybe do something but they said we just pulled it out and put it back in, we didn't do anything to it but it was working the day before and we've been using it ever since we lived in the house and now it's not working anymore so you know we can't prove, he said well the motors gone, well we can't prove that that's what caused it or anything so we didn't follow up on it because we didn't know what to do. There were no additional fees. Well for not coming in and surveying the area before, you know because we offered, I would think a C. I mean the work was fine. When they put the solar fan in what they did was good but i just feel like before hand stuff could have been a lot better so that will kind of lower there grade. Well what they did with the fan is an A but what they did, the quality of their work of not, you know, coming in and surveying the area would probably be a B. They were really responsive, I mean they did come back out, I think they came out twice, because I said you know, well they came out twice the same day because they came out and they said, you know, they took the fan out to see and they couldn't figure out why it wasn't working and they said it was the motor, well the motors probably bad. Then I talked to my husband and he said, well before I couldn't get to the bolts to maybe fix it and they said okay we'll come back out and make sure and he said that's where it was sitting before. So they did come back out. The response was very nice. I think they were a little late. I just feel like, you know, their points are down because of the other fan and not surveying the situation before they did it, just doing their thing, I would think probably a C for professionalism.

They did a really good job. I needed more things but they took a long time mounting the TV up. So I couldn't get everything done. But, they did a really good job as far as the job they did do. Their price was pretty okay. As far as contacting me back on getting the job done, it wasn't good at all. I had to contact Angie's List because I tried to contact them over and over again and never got a response. I feel like they could be a little bit better contact wise.

They were really responsiveness and were even on the roof during heavy rainy windy days. I am extremely satisfied with their services and I will probably use them again for a new roof in the future.

Overall job went pretty nicely: on time as scheduled, crew friendly and fairly professional. Definitely satisfied with roofing project. Original estimate was for 28 squares so cost higher than I had hoped. Ended up being only 24 squares so a small credit was allowed; overall cost a little higher than necessary but quality good and would use again.

Jason and his assistant did a great job installing the shower door and doing both of the other tasks on my list. Both of them were easy to work with and performed the jobs very well. I count myself very lucky to have chosen this package and was very well satisfied with the results. The only thing I would ding them for a little bit was that they did not arrive here when they were expected. Jason tried to call and let me know he would be late, but for some reason I didn't get the message. Otherwise, this was an excellent experience.
