Outstanding service. We realized we had water damage in upstairs bathroom on a Wednesday, requested a quote thru Home Advisor that night, got a call from Rich on Thursday, had the repairs done on Friday. Knew what was going on with the roof right away, but also took time to "canvas" all of the roof for any other issues. Took tons of pictures because, as he told us, "you aren't going to go up there with me and you need to see what I was looking at" - he had to have caught every rusty staple and nail up there. Very thorough explanation (I now know what "boots" are and what they do in regards to roofing) of what work he was doing. Never treated me with any of the condescension some contractors exhibit towards a female homeowner. He had the kind of shingles we have in his supplies so he didn't even charge us for the shingles. Amazing. Feel extremely confident in the quality of his work and would definitely hire him again and will be thinking of other jobs he can do for us. A real gem, would highly recommend him.

I had gotten an estimate for a new roof for $25,000. Rich looked at the roof from the street and said, "That's the nail coming loose". He went onto the roof, said the roof was still good for another 7 to 10 years. I hired him immediately to fix the flashing on the 20 sky lights and to tighten any of the shingles that needed it on our 5 duplexes. He also fixed the nails on the shop roof and replaced the boots when needed.. All of this for $1800. I'm tickled pink. He's a wonderful guy to talk with, he's fast, he guaranteed his work for 5 years. I will call him when I have other problems, too, since he does more than just roof. I can't recommend him more sincerely or more highly.

Rich is very personable and explains what he will and is doing clearly. He was on time, quick in his work and reasonable. The roof did not leak at all after his repairs. He did the repairs in March and it rained hard a number of times after that .. all is good!

CPR ROOFING, ALTHOUGH FINISHING ANOTHER JOB, KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON WHEN HE WOULD BE HERE AND THEN DID WHAT HE SAID. I AM CONFIDENT THAT THE ROOF WILL NOT LEAK AGAIN, BUT WON'T KNOW FOR SURE UNTIL IT RAINS. I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT IF IT DOES LEAK THAT CPR WILL BE HERE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

We hired Rich to repair our tile roof and ended up hiring him to repair a fallen fence too. Rich is a great guy, very thorough and knowledgeable. He was always on time. We have worked with several contractors over the years and he was by far the easiest and most reliable to work with.

What I thought would be a full roof replacement wound up being leaks caused by punctures in the roof, and some separation of shingles by our chimney. A relief to not have to pay for a new roof!

Rich the owner of the company is very careful in letting you know what he is going to do and his timeframes for completion. He takes the time to explain what he is dong and why. He is open to suggestions which I appreciate. He is also very prompt.
