We had two roof issues and a very hard time getting responses from other roofers. We called CPR upon HomeAdvisor website recommendation and got very quick reply. One issue was solved immediately through closer inspection that others giving an estimate did not bother to do. Second issue was resolved very fast upon discovering the real problem, though price perhaps could have been adjusted accordingly from original bid. Follow up on assuring no leaks was appreciated. I would recommend CPR for no-nonsense repairs.

He's a super nice guy and does exactly what you ask him to do. He doesn't try to up sale.

I called 4 roofers. Cpr came out the next day to give a bid. One didn't return my call. One said they were a week out. One said I needed a whole new roof. Cpr said that only a portion of the roof was incorrectly installed and offered next day service

Rick came out and of course as always this time of year it was raining. He went up into the attic and discovered the problem. He took pictures of all the aspects of the job and explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. He is very good at his job and fairly priced. I would highly recommend his service.

He was at the house within an hour. He was friendly and professional. Explained what he was going to do which included roof inspection along with the repair. Upon completion he showed pictures of what he did and explained it well.

Rich Corlis was polite and professional. He took photos of the problem (30!) and discussed the remedy. He guarantees his work. The cost was very reasonable.

JOB: Find and repair water leak on roof. RESPONSE: Rich responded to my inquiry the same day by phone and scheduled a time at my convenience the next morning . Showed up exactly on time. Discussed what he would do to investigate leak and what his experience has been for this type of problem. Then went up on the roof to inspect and correct potential causes of leak. Completed the job in about in hour. Said he would be back in a few weeks to check to see if all is well and fix if needed at no additional charge. PERSONAL NOTES: Rich seemed highly experienced, was very personable, a good communicator. He impressed me as an honest and a hard working vet (two Desert Storm tour Marine) . CPR was not the cheapest repair company ($250) but I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work and value. I would HIGHLY recommend this A-1 service.

Quick, same day service to fix a leak at the skylight. Very friendly and personable. Was able to work me in which was very convenient and unexpected. He showed me other things that will be wearing out and I will probably use him in the future. Thanks.

The response was prompt, the worker courteous and polite, and the repair was completed quickly.....on the same day I was contacted by them.

Rich called within an hour of my post. It was Saturday and the weather was very cold and very rainy! He came to our Dayton house within an hour. Turns out a branch from a large fir tree had penetrated our cedar shingle roof and was causing the water leak in our living room. He found the problem and had it fixed withing a half hour. He also located another leak that had been baffling us for over 4 years and fixed it also! Turns out he does all kinds of remodels and we may ask him to quote some other homerojects we may undertake. I would D highly recommend this company

Quick response to leaky roof. Roof leak was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction at a reasonable cost. Very courteous, knowledgeable and informative.

Rich responded to my inquiry within 10 min. He was on my roof less than an hour later! Our leak was fixed (it was an easy fix) and he was honest about it...didn't make it out to be more than it was (as some others have done). He made sure to have us follow-up and he guaranteed his work. I found him to be very friendly, and for an emergency call, he was reasonably priced! We will be calling him again when the need arises! We support our Veterans!!
