They were great while they lasted. We had them out several times to control ants and spiders outside and carpet beetles inside. No problems with those and the workers were always friendly and knowledgeable. 2 months ago I called them because we were having a possible rodent problem and could not get to them until finally they got my message and e-mailed me that they were no longer in business.
