Why are you asking me to fill out a form for some one who supposedly isn't on your list?

Debi returned our call promptly and set up a service appointment for the next day. She arrived on time and got to work immediately She knows her stuff and was able to explain to me what she was doing and why. Very personable..

She was really nice and knew what she was doing. She came when she said she would.

When calling Debi Ann, owner of Computers Simplified, you may at first get a recording with a soothing voice - a voi8ce appreciated when going thru a computer crises. Your call will be answered promptly. But when she is fixing your computer, she is obsessive, energetic, full of wit and knows her job better than other techs I have experienced (and paying an hourly rate of $79 - $90 for those guys). It has been a week, my computer works perfectly and I am so amazed and pleased!

When I was ready to file my tax return, I tried to check my firewall but my Norton Security Suite wouldn't respond, I contacted Norton tech support and spent over 3 hours talking to 3 people the first night and another couple of hours the next time. Over that period, I lost the network and internet capability on my computer and then, finally, my keyboard. I was dead in the water. So I contacted Debi, who was on another call but she said she could come the next day and, sure enough, was right on time. She spent 2 hours eliminating the malware which had somehow gotten past Norton and was gradually turning off all my computer's functions. Then she cleaned up the registry and we got rid of a lot of old stuff which hadn't been used in years. She managed to restore my computer to working condition in a couple of hours and was worth every penny it cost!

She was on time and had all of my concerns cleared up in a very short period of time and also gave me some great tips. She was excellent will definetly use her again as she was much cheaper and friendlier then the geek squad.

GREAT CHOICE. DEBBIE HAS A SUPER PERSONALITY AND REALLY KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. NOT ONLY DID SHE SOLVE ALL MY PROBLEMS IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. BY WATCHING AND BEING ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS I LEARNED A FEW BETTER WAYS TO USE MY COMPUTER. THAT WAS GREAT SINCE I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH VERY LITTLE COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE. I AM 100% HAPPY AND WILL GO BACK TO HER SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.

She is excellent. She is extremely educated on software. The geeks at Best Buy weren't able to fix my computer. She fixed mine without any problems.

When I first found Computers Simplified, it was after hours and I was looking at Debi's website. I tried reaching her via the CONTACT form on the site since it was so late. I waited a few days and there was no return call or email. I called and left a message. A few days later, I was back on her site to get her contact information again and sent in another request to call me via the CONTACT form. There has been no response in the 2 1/2 weeks I have been trying to reach her to use her services. I guess it is better to find out now that she is hard, if not impossible to get in touch with.

Wonderful service

Debbie arrived exactly on time. She was profressionally dressed and very friendly. She immedietly went our computer and asked what the problem was. She started work immediately. She told us what she was doing and the results. When she saw a problem she explained it and fixed it. :My husband sat in on the session and he said he understood a lot more about the computer than he had before. She visited some but did not charge us for the visiting time. We really liked her. A single woman would feel comfortable and safe with her.

They were very good. This is the third time we have used them. I would recommend them to others. They come out to the house and offer a senior discount.
