Sam Labbe is the best! Following a difficult divorce, Sam listed and sold several lots, 1 rental property and my personal home for me. He also helped with my purchase of a new home in the meantime. Sam knows the market in the Salem area very well. He uses this knowledge and expertise to advise on pricing and marketing properties for a quick sale at a good price. The sale of these properties was complicated by legal issues related to the divorce. Sam navigated that terrain with patience and persistence. He even had to testify in court at one point. He definitely went above and beyond and hung in there until the last property was sold. It took just over a year to sell 11 lots, 1 duplex and 1 single-family home. I would highly recommend Sam Labbe to anyone who is wanting (or needing) to sell or buy real estate in the Salem area.

As she showed us homes, she continually reminded us that she didn't want us to SETTLE for just anything..... we WOULD find the right home. I tried to fit a round peg in a square hole several times, and each time, she pointed out things that didn't mesh with our original list. Each time she was confident and assured us we would find THE ONE. And then, there was that day that we walked into our future home! She made the whole process seem like a dream.... it was so surreal. First time homebuyers and I was scared to death, but she made it so easy! :) Rhonda is a strong Christian woman with exemplary work ethic and very high morals. We will recommend Rhonda to anyone who needs or wants the best realtor in Salem!! :)

This review is for Winnie Hannon for Coldwell real estate in salem, or. Winnie worked with my family for months, helping us to find a home. When we decided to stay in our current house and add on, Winnie was very supportive of our decision. she even stated that the addition would fit well in our neighborhood, and that if she thought it wouldn't she would have said otherwise. If you want an agent that really works for you, and will not be trying to just get you to buy for their commission she is the one for you. Thanks Winnie!

Our house came with their service. I like them a lot. They do good work. We have a lamp that hangs from the ceiling which you can access only from the stairwell. But it is about 18 feet up. So if you fall from there, you will break your neck. They managed to replace the light bulb in it. They did another job for us which was also not easy to handle.
