Justin was wonderful to work with. Everything was done very professionally and on time. The project it self was held up by the contractor, but Justin made it all work.

Patrick was extremely helpful during the entire process. He was adept at helping us with our choices of oak flooring, quartz and tile. Vladimir of Puzzle, llc was responsible for the flooring installation. He was very meticulous and made sure everything was done just right. The quality of work was exemplary. He communicated with us very well. When an issue came up Vladimir would explain the situation and provide us with several options to resolve the issue. He was adept at finding viable solutions to issues that arose during the remodel. Patrick and Vladimir were very professional and we would highly recommend them to others!

The floor installer arrived and finished as per agreement. The installer knows what he's doing and with the help of his wife I got the look I was after. There was a shortage of two transition pieces that go in the doorways. The first time the factory sent the wrong color so the pieces had to be re-ordered. From the date of installation to the signing off of the project was about seven weeks. Patrick was right on it as soon as he was made aware there was a problem so I never got upset as the missing pieces were just two doorway transitions pieces. The main installation took two days which was most satisfactory.

Excellent. Patrick is responsive, available, knowledgeable and, overall a wonderful person. From original order to installation, great to work with. In fact, one of the Silhouette's was "off" in color from the rest. He contacted the manufacturer and, in less that one week, completely redone.

Patrick Wood, Project Manager/Designer and cherry City Interiors provided superior support, materials and design help with our project. Patrick Wood went above and beyond what was expected. He communicated exceptionally well during the project which came in on budget. With Patrick's skill set and Cherry City Interiors selection we have created an updated and low maintenance look.

I contacted Cherry City Interiors and Design and spoke with Patrick Wood. Patrick came to our house, did some measurements, presented a few floor samples, explained the pros and cons of the different types of flooring, and gave us a general breakdown of the process. Patrick sent us a quote the next day and invited my wife and I to the showroom to browse other samples we might like. We met Patrick at the showroom later that week, and we were immediately impressed with the variety and quality of samples available at Cherry City. Ultimately, after lots of thought and reevaluation, my wife and I decided to do a darker, chocolatey brown engineered hardwood throughout most of the main floor, with a patterned tile in the bathroom and laundry room. Our plans changed multiple times throughout the process, but Patrick remained patient and professional. He gave us feedback and his honest opinion on our design choices without being condescending or judgmental. He was always available to speak with us and answer any questions we had. And believe me, we had lots of questions. Overall, the process of redoing our floors with Cherry City was painless and quick. My wife and I feel the prices were fair and the contractors picked by Patrick to do the installation were professional and courteous. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we received at Cherry City Interiors and Design. We would recommend Patrick Wood in a heartbeat.

The entire experience was exceptional! Justin was our project manager and everything from the bid to the installation went perfect. We got the product we wanted in the price range we could afford and we were always able to get our questions answered in a timely manner. They used excellent installers as well and everything turned out amazing! We highly recommend them.

Fantastic. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff always. I can't think of one thing I didn't like about the whole process with this company. From the moment I walked in, looking at carpet, the selection process, the organization of their sales floor, the salesman, Justin, and the women at the reception desk. I always felt I was a valued customer, and was not pushed in any way in my selection of carpet. I was also extremely pleased with the installation contractor, Premier Pacific Flooring. They came on time, were clean cut and extremely nice, also, and did a gorgeous job, especially on the stairs, and were done quickly, to boot.

Cherry City Interiors & Design completed two jobs for us recently. First, they helped us choose tile to match the countertops, hardwood floors, and paint that we had already chosen for our kitchen remodel. Their subcontractor did an absolutely beautiful job installing and sealing the tile and we were amazed at the precision that he was able to achieve, especially in the area with the chevron tile. The second job was a small carpet repair where we had taken out a wall. When we called to request their help, they were able to find someone to come out the next business day. The repair was done is less than 20 minutes and Cherry City followed up just a few minutes later to see if we were happy with the service. Both jobs were of top-notch quality. The installers were very professional, completed the jobs quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. We also love how responsive Cherry City is to calls and emails. We will absolutely use their services again!

All workers were courteous, industrious, responsible, and pleasant. Workmanship was excellent. Defects in structure of floor supports were detected, so we could remedy. After I complained about one "defective" floor board, our worker replaced it promptly without complaint.

they were very knowledgeable about their products and helped me pick out colors and gave me lots of ideas. It was a fun experience and they gave me cost ideas. I have been to their show room a couple of times and they are great. I was recommended by a friend to go their and I'll recommend them to my friends.

This is the second time we have used Cherry City. We love the staff and always get great design help. Samantha helped us pick out all of our flooring. She gave us honest suggestions and we could take samples home to make sure it was what we wanted. We thought price was very fair and when installers came to do the work, they were very respectful of our home. I am soooo happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!!!!!

Very well! Becky kindly suggested a different pattern of granite once she saw our kitchen, and when she showed us the difference with the samples, we went with her recommendation. I'm so glad we did! It looks like something out of a magazine now! We'd definitely use them again, they matched the price we found at the local chain store, and we got great advice for free!

I the installer didn't get the laminate flooring all the way the the edges then told me I'd need to get a different kind of molding to cover the gaps. The job was suppose to take one day but the guys left early the first day and only one returned the second day and he left early again. It took three days and they left the job unfinished told me I needed to find someone else to finish the job.

Painting side of things was perfect. Great company, very fair price. Painter even talked us out of a couple of things (trim, ceilings) that he said were fine, then reduced his bid to reflect changes. Carpet side, not so good. We perceived estimator as a bit arrogant. Shelli (main contact at Cherry City) was excellent, very helpful, open to suggestions, friendly and cheerful. Estimator was not. Billing procedures need a lot of work. They use templates, and we received several invoices that were inaccurate because they relied too heavily on the templates. The templates also contained language about penalties, due dates, etc, which we perceived as just plain threatening. Could definitely have been warmer/friendlier. Also, the final bill contained an overcharge (inadvertent), and was not received until a month after the work was completed. In summary, the work product provided was generally excellent, and that's the reason we'd use them again (especially Shelli). They could definitely improve, however, by examining their administrative procedures.

Samantha Custer was great! Helped me select new carpet for the two rooms. Very professional, patient and caring. Helped me with insurance claim.

Our experience with Cherry City was not good . We were not happy at all with the tile job they did for us.The tiles were crooked and looked very unprofessional.Upon inspection we discovered that there was no vapor barrier installed to protect against mold. When I questioned Seth our Cherry City sales person , I was told that if we wanted a vapor barrier it would have cost more and quot;seriously who would tile a shower without a vapor barrier and quot; I felt that they had tried to cut corners thinking it would never be discovered . We declined Cherry City's offer to re-do the tile as we wanted to make sure it was done correctly. We had to demo all of the tile that was installed and we ended up hiring a different contractor to re- install our tile.

Seemed to go alright. My wife was actually the person they met with. They were very nice and helped my wife with a couple of color ideas.

Enjoyed the help from the Samantha at Cherry City Interior and Design. I am not good at picking colors for the blinds, and I went with the one she recommended. Looks great, looking forward to buying more blinds and flooring from them soon. Keep up the great customer service attitude.
