Description of Work: This was the second time we had Carpet Dry Cleaning out to clean our carpets. They did a great job the first time and even managed to get some old stains out. However, the second time they came out the quality was not as good. There were multiple stains that did not come out and they spent a lot less time grooming the carpet so it really didn't look as good as the first time.

+ -1 moreJerry has an assistant that works with him. She's a little gruff but I gave as good as I got. They arrived a little late but it was no big deal. The whole process took less then 2 hours which was nice. I had a number of stains that appeared to be completely gone. But later in the day when my husband came home from work he went to find the stains and they were still there. So I called Jerry and he came the next day and took care of it. I can still see where the stains were but it's not as bad. I really don't understand the process they use. I know there is very little water involved. The nice thing is you can walk on the carpets almost immediately after they're done. The price is right for sure!
Description of Work: I had all the carpets cleaned in my home. Jerry was honest to tell me that I didn't need to move any furniture and that they would clean around it. We did, however, move a lot of stuff because we wanted to. You only pay for the square footage that they actually clean. Their fees are not based on the square footage of the room like most carpet cleaner. All together they cleaned 7 rooms and the hallway. Needless to say, the price is excellent!

+ -1 moreThe name of the guy was Jerry, he did a great job in getting the stains out. He was very knowledgeable about what to use and what not to use and very good at explaining how to maintain clean carpet and how to avoid making stains. Quality of work was good. We would use their services again in the future.
