tl;dr: Popcorn ceiling removal: Arrived early, got the job done in less than half the time.
Got a quote for asbestos popcorn ceiling removal, signed a contract, then the tests came back negative. Joshua worked with me immediately to get additional tests to make sure, and sent me a new lower quote since the job required fewer bells and whistles. Joshua arrived a half hour early, and the crew completed the 2 day job in half a day. Great results, spotless clean up, GREAT communication. Highly recommended.

Cargo Milani mitigated two areas of asbestos in our HVAC duct work. Communication related to the work was excellent; and Joshua arrived when he said he would, and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. They also did a thorough job of cleaning our gutters. I would recommend them with no reservation.

No job is too big or small for Joshua. He has torn down a shed that was going to fall into my neighbors yard, taking away all the debris. He's done yard work, gutters and anything I've needed help with. He's honest, dependable and fairly priced. I highly recommend Joshua to do the job.

I loved the work Joshua did cleaning out under our beach house at the coast.
It was a really tough job. They had to deconstruct and load a furnace along with 50 years of debris from under the house. The bid was a great deal. The communications were great and professional. The invoice arrived via email for my taxes on time. Everything went more smoothly than we thought it could go. I can't say enough good things about this company. Cargo Milani Joshua Perez and crew were absolutely the best.
