+ -1 moreWhen scheduling service for an air-to-water boiler, I was told I called "exactly the right people". The tech got here and said they almost never see these... Charged over $300 for an hour's looking around (no actual service) and drive time. So, I feel pretty seriously misled, and I still have to find someone to service the boiler. They continue to be unwilling to split the bill.

Explained the process that would be used on the install for the outside heat pump, pad and electrical. Work was done as expected with no mess in my house. I was using the unit that very night. Just now waiting for the energy credit paperwork.
