Bright Lawn Landscape Maintenance, LLC

After summiting form to Home Advisor, Bright Lawn landscape, to my surprise called me the following day. They came to my house the same day, gave me a quote, and offered to mow my lawn right then and there. I was surprised they had the time! I went ahead to let them do my yard, and the 2 guys did great! I will have them mow my grass from now on. The price was affordable, and I am glad I went through Home Advisor!

They have only been here once so I will know more when they have come longer. So far they are very good

Prompt, reliable, great service and responsive to my needs in maintaining my garden and landscape.

The work was professional and quick but I waited over an hour for the workers to arrive from our previously agreed time. Despite that, I'm grateful that they were able to schedule me for the same week that I called. Not sure I will use this lawn care service again because prices are high.

Did Not finish the job, did not do removal as specified on side yard nor back of lremovsl of larger but not unmanageable rocks, as promised in bid Did not power wash, used a weed wacker but did not rake the top. Estimateappraisal prior to job was $850.00 (which is very high apparently) and demanded $1100.00 Did Not return to finish the yard as indicated by workers did a a sloppy job and not professional Did Not make a border around the lawn area as promised, did not remove larger werds nor remove one small tree truck that was easily pulled upon to see the if it could be done without a tree removal company Moss not removed from pond and some of the remains of the ground cover were not cleared as promised Terrible experience, far too expensive and extremely poor workmanship When might I expect a return visit to complete the work at No additional cost to me? They were excellent and work very hard to clean up our large yard. I hired them for weekly maintenance at a fair price.

We were told they would be at our home at 9 am but did not show up until 11 am but that would be the only negative.

Hired them to take care of a house I own and that my mother in law lives in. I have only been using them two weeks but the property is already looking a heck of a lot better.

I am very happy with the service I received and they remembered I am allergic to glysophate so they weeded my front flower bed for me without chemicals. I look forward to future work from them at my home.

They have only done one job so far. What they did was very well done.

Juan was great to work with. My yard was very over-grown and now looks great. His estimate for the job was very reasonable..much better than the other bids I got. I also hired him to do monthly maintenance so my yard never gets that bad again.

All that been done so far is the major clean up which went good and I was satisfied with it. The one thing that I had a problem with was the lack of communication, I never knew what time he would be showing up to do the work. It took him two afternoons to get the clean done. I was happy with the work but I need to work on the communication when they start doing the mowing and maintenance so I'll know better of when he will be here and be leaving.

The yard for my rental property was very over grown. They came the day I called to view the job and give me a quote. They came the next day when I was there to do the no. The boss came out first and started the task. He left (after having told me he needed to and his guys would be out to finish and clean up). Sure enough two more gentlemen showed up finished all the tasks we had discussed and did a couple more small tasks. Cleaned everything up and headed out. I'm very pleased.

I needed my desperately overgrown back lawn cut down as soon as I possibly could. On Thursday, I made a Saturday appointment for Juan to come see what the job was. He arrived early to the appointment, took a look at the yard, and gave me a price. We shook hands on it, and his crew was there that afternoon. They worked hard for several hours, and by the time they were finished, the yard looked fantastic! I can't express enough how much I appreciate their doing such a big job on such short notice. I will definitely call them again if something else comes up, and I would recommend Bright Lawn to anybody.

Project to clear yard of box hedges and rehab lawns of rental in prepeparation to sell former rental. Then to maintain lawn until sold. Juan is nice to work with. Project not completely done but work quality and integrity top notch.
