They did great work, but took $2,000 for flagstone and never returned to finish the job, deliver the flagstone, nor refunded me the money.

Bravo Boys is a small, family-owned business that works very hard. We asked them to do some cleanup for us in June and they did that promptly and the yard looked much better. We also negitiated for them to come back 2 times per month. We discussed having some arborvitae work done. That work was scheduled for mid-July while we would be out of town and access to the arborvitae would be easy and unrestricted. When we came back from our 3-week vacation, the yard looked as if no one had been there since June. The arborvitae were not done, either. While we were on vacation, they did contact me (forgetting I was out of town) and apologized for being late, but that they would come. When I talked to them in early-August, I asked what happened. I was told they had a truck with mechanical problems and it was not yet fixed. This meant they did not have enough trucks to cover all of their customers. The mechanical failure had apparently happened in mid-July. I know they mean well and may not have the funds to get another truck, but, as a consumer, that's not my problem. They had an agreement to provide services and did not do so in the agreed manner. I was looking for a definite improvement in the lawn and was not seeing that in 2 months. That, combined with the mechanical failures, left us looking for another company. I think anyone who does business with them should expect potential communications challenges because of thick accents that can be difficult to understand. We wish Bravo Boys much success!
