I hired this company in April 2019 to do some interior painting, in fact quite a bit. The owner who did the bidding and talking about the process with me was never on site with the workers. He sent incompetent workers who got paint on my carpets, and who put paint on doors with pads and never flooded it back with a brush, they were incompetent and whenever I complained the owner said “Oh, I am so sorry.” But he didn’t do anything about it. I still have paint on my carpets, also we demonstrated how to remove the door knobs and outlet covers in order to paint without leaving paint on them or buildup on the walls. He simply ignored this and would not redo it. In addition to the shoddy workmanship, this contractor did not use the high end paint I paid for, instead opting for the low grade paints often used by contractors to increase profit. Unfortunately for him, I know about paint and painting and he had to work hard to cheat me. It’s the worst workmanship I’ve ever experienced in 50 years of house remodeling. I would never hire them again. I still have to look at this shoddy work.

Ben Aeby was great to work with in setting up the job and follow-through. Good communication. BOX PAINTING has good phone and paperwork/payment technology. The two workers who came to the house were terrific, setting up covers for everything that could get drips. They also had a dust cover between rooms. It was a one day job, but because of the (weather) drying time, one of the workers came back the next day to finish. Their clean-up was complete. The end product satisfied us very much. I'm adding before and after pictures just to show you the wonderful work they did. We are very satisfied and would hire them again. Aeby did a final walk through just to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Perfect - Ben was great to work with, answered all questions, and his crew was on time and very professional. They took time to do it right. They did a huge amount of work very efficiently and cleaned up completely when done. Ben found a few things he wanted touched up, and made sure it was done. I'd definitely use them again.

Box painting was professional from start to finish. The communication was clear and prompt. Whenever I had questions, or if they needed information from me they returned emails, texts or calls quickly. The work crew did a great job from prep to final cleanup and were friendly and professional. The price was extremely reasonable, and saved me a ton of time and ladder work. It went very well. The painters were very polite and efficient. The worked hard to get my house pressured washed and prepared for the paint. They did the repairs and painted in one long day for them.

I would recommend Box Painting to anyone in need of interior or exterior painting. Ben and his team did an incredible job on our old kitchen cabinets and brought them back to life! Ben was easy to reach whenever my husband and I had questions; he made sure to follow up after every little job to ensure that our needs had been met. Box Painting also sprayed our old, dated brick surrounding our fireplace and we are thrilled with how it turned out. We will definitely be using Box Painting for future painting needs!

It was a great experience. We had the entire inside of our 3500 sqft home repainted. They removed tons of wall paper, retextured walls, installed custom wainscoting, and painted all the trim before color went on the walls. Ben was great to work with and his crew was very professional. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely use them for all our future painting needs.

They were outstanding! First of all Ben was the best. He was very quick to respond to us and also help us out in meeting a timeline to put our house on the market. Very professional and prompt. In terms of those that did the work, it was outstanding. The crack was pretty large and I had concern on if they would be able to fix it. It was amazing. It looks as though nothing was ever there. Great work!

Working with Box Painting was a wonderful experience. They listened to what I wanted to do with the painting project. They used the paint that I specified that I wanted used on the project. They worked with me to coordinate painting the fascias so I could put up new gutters and downspouts. They worked around the rainy weather we had this month. They removed and rehung storm windows after painting the trim. They worked around my electrician removing and moving replacement exterior light fixtures. Ben was very conscientious about staying in communication with me so I knew where they were with the project at all times. I would highly recommend Box Painting and will definitely use them again for any future painting projects.

Ben was very responsive and kept us appraised of what was happening. Very good working relationship. I would definitely hire them again! We also had them weather proof our side of the house that gets most of the weather. There was dry rot to be repaired and a window replaced. This was done in a timely manner and the work was excellent!

Both of these items were taken care of by Box painting and they were done on time, within the estimate, and with professionalism. Ben kept us up to date by sending us pictures of the work as it progressed. After all was completed we did a walk through and even tho we had a couple things we thought they could touch up - Ben actually found a couple more and fixed them as well. Overall a great experience.

3 floor house was painted 3 colors and looks great. Careful attention to details and prep work kept paint on house not on plants. Good crew. We went with totally different colors suggested by Ben and our neighbors like it too.

Ben and the Box painting team were fantastic! I needed some interior painting done for a family get together, and Ben at Box painting fit our project into their schedule and got the job done on short notice! They were professional and the quality of work was superior. Can’t wait for them to do my next project!
