+ -1 moreEstimate was way too high, in fact it was the highest estimate we received. It made me think that they did not want the wood floor refinishing job, and they did not get the job.

+ 0 moreBob was great to work with, He did a great job on my existing floors and installed a new area to match.After the finish was put on you could not tell where the new area started.The whole floor looked new again. and the kept the house very clean during the work.
Description of Work: We had a new area of hardwood installed next to an existing area and the old floor refinshed.

+ 0 moreBob was a subcontractor for our general contractor. Bob's work was on schedule and on budget. The sanding was very professional, small areas filled, baseboards removed and a Glitza finish applied to a smooth, perfect shine. We are extremely pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Refinished our 50+ oak floors and applied a Glitza Swedish gold finish (I would recommend vacating the house for 10 days while it cures). He did superb work - the floor which was worn and stained but not damaged. He removed baseboards and got into all the corners--there are no sanding marks and he cleaned up afterwards. The finish is beautiful.
