They did a great job from providing a quote to performing the actual service. They were on time and did a nice job cleaning up. Would definitely hire them again.

Scheduled an appointment for a bid on Wednesday 15th May at 4pm. Sometime in the afternoon of 15th he called and asked me if I could go outside and take pictures of the trees and email them to him. I told him this was not possible as I could not get out in the steep driveway on my own as I am disabled and there was no one home to assist me. He said OK see you around 4pm. At around 4:30pm my husband called him as he had not yet arrived, and he said he was still a half hour away which meant after 5pm I am 81 years old, and we eat at 5pm because we go to bed early so my husband told him to forget it as 5pm was too late. He did not even bother to call and let us know he was running late. We feel he was just not interested in our project as he felt the job might not be big enough.
