Fantastic ! The guys came , looked at what I needed and made suggestions about how to customize my door . They were willing to order the door custom made with the screen on the top . When the door was ready they scheduled my installation , came on time , and as I watched him do the job, he ask me questions about details and further customized the door on site to fit my desires and needs. I LOVE this company ! I have had a lot of home repairs done over the years and this guy was very professional , competent , friendly. Enjoyed working with him ! I will for sure hire these guys again .ALSO the total cost of the door and installation actually was $100.00 LESS than I expected it to be . VERY GREAT price !! Gold stars all around !

The scheduling and personable service from the beginning were very good. One of the workmen cracked one of the special order windows immediately after installing it, which meant that they had to re-order and come back a week later to re-install. They did so with no complaint. I would have given all A's had we not had that experience. But otherwise, I would recommend these folks highly.

New rollers installed. Provided info on how to slow down rust by spraying silicone on rollers that get wet frequently (south facing patio door).

Timely, beat all other estimates by a lot, excellent work performed.

The only problem was the provider's manufacturer of the door was very late in building and sending the door to the provider. 2 weeks was the time I was given to receive the door. After I had not heard in two weeks, I called and found out that maybe the door would come the following Monday night (3 weeks). When it did mot arrive I was told to wait another week since deliveries only came on Monday nights. We I contacted them about the delay they were very apologetic, and the door did arrive the next Monday (4 weeks after order). I would use them again because of the great price, the quality of the product, and that they are having massive delays because of their manufacturer. They felt that they didn't have control over the timeline.

They were wonderful ! Very professional and came on the day and time that they said. Very easy to deal with!

It was a couple of years ago. They out in some windows and screens. The cost was $2,500. They are great. They were punctual and their work was exceptional for what I wanted. They did a really good job. I would use them again in the future.

I was totally satisfied with this service provider. Lance, who I think is now the owner, has a good work ethic and a first-rate temperament for dealing with customers.

He did an excellent job and I am very particular.

The entire process was quick and easy for me. I stopped by their shop and they had examples of the available doors. We discussed the differences in the doors and the pricing. We made an appointment for them to come to my home and do the necessary measuring. They then ordered the door. They called me when it came in and we made an appointment for the installation. The installer was prompt and courteous.

We had a broken window. We didn't want to replace the window, just the glass. He came and made a reasonable estimate. Fixed it a couple of days later. He was very friendly and efficient.

They were fast, efficient, and friendly.... and communicative!

Went fine. I had no trouble reaching a live human being on my initial phone contact with them. They came out promptly to evaluate the broken glass panel and determine what was needed for replacement. They arrived when they said they would to do the actual replacement and repair. The supplemental door lock which is installed on that patio door did not operate securely after the glass had been replaced, and the repair person worked with it to make it secure once more. I'd use them again.

A few of the scheduled service dates did not go as expected due to issues with parts deliveries but Lance and Richard did their best to make up for lost time to accomodate my needs.

We talked about replacement windows and if I decide to replace them I will go back to them to do the job. I didn't feel like I was getting scammed when I talked to them. They gave us a price for just what we asked them to do. Everything was done exactly as I wanted it to be. They were prompt, responsive, and professional. I would use Aluminum Screen and Window Co. again.

I originally got a bid for window from Aluminum Screen but decided not to go with them because I got a lower quote from Home Depot. Big mistake! I ordered the windows from Home Depot and they kept moving the delivery date farther and farther out. I went back to Aluminum Screen and Lance was able to order the windows and guaranteed delivery for the next week. The windows cost me a little more but they arrived when he said they would. Given that I was on a deadline and had siding installers waiting for the windows to be put in that was a big deal. I ended up canceling the order with Home Depot and swear I will never order anything I need on a deadline from them again.
