Fantastic second experience with All Around Movers. Jeremy and Eric were extraordinary movers. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going - Eric was very enthusiastic and extremely positive and fun. I can't believe how quickly and carefully they worked in this heat. I also appreciated how mindful they were of my neighbors and making sure cars could get around the moving truck. Since both of my experiences with All Around Movers have been great, and all 4 movers I have dealt with have been so professional and pleasant, I can't help but attribute some of this success to the owner Don. It must be more than luck, he must be a good people manager and treat his staff well. They seemed happy to work there. Don, if you ever need a client reference, you know where to find me :)

The two young men sent to do the move were very polite and concerned with moving my things with care. We reviewed the items that were to go and those that were staying. They went to work quickly. I was sick that day, and had to depend on other family members to help. There was only one disappointment. I have a very heavy sofabed, that has a pull out drawer in the bottom. I told them it had been damaged in the last move, and had taken some effort to repair, so I was concerned about it not being handled correctly. They assured me that although they needed to remove the drawer to move it. they would put it back together when we arrived at my new home. Alas, it was not replaced, and it still sits there, drawer on the floor. I have to wait for someone to help me put it back in the tracks, since it is not a one person task. But in spite of that, I consider it a job well done! Thanks guys! I have recommended you to several people!

I hired All Around Movers to move the contents of my home from a two-story condo to a single level house because of the positive reviews that I had read. I spent time power washing the sidewalks outside of my new home because they had not been cleaned in quite a while and I had just had new carpet laid throughout the entire house the day before the move. Although the movers worked long, hard hours, they caused some damage to a few items: took apart and then dropped a solid wood office desk and broke it; knicked the top of a sofa table; and tracked mud on the brand new carpet in my new house in several rooms: across the living room floor, in my daughter's bedroom, and in an entertainment room. The men moving my belongings admitted to the damage but when I filed the claim with the owner, Don Colvin, his written response to me was disrespectful and unprofessional. The letter that I received from him accused me of being deceitful and that I was trying to take advantage of him. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage that his movers caused even though I provided multiple pictures of clean sidewalks, muddy footprints on the carpet, and damaged furniture. He did try to settle my claim by enclosing a check for a $100 with the unprofessional letter but stated that if I cashed the check that I could not post any reviews of his company. It was worth it to me to send the check back to Mr. Colvin so that I could share my experience with others. The movers worked hard, but the owner does not accept responsibility for the actions of his employees.

The move itself went ok until the middle of the night. Before the movers took apart my king sized bed, moved it and re-assembled it, I asked if the movers would like to take pictures in order to re-assemble it properly. I was informed that taking pictures was unnecessary due to their experience with assembling beds. The headboard with built in shelving completely collapsed while I was sleeping in the bed. Contacted the owner of the company the next day in hopes of getting someone out to my home to fix the bed. Contacted the owner of the company, Don, who began yelling at me, he was not aplogetic, and would not give an estimated time of arrival for a crew to stop by to rectify the situation. Still have not heard back from owner about possibility of having a crew sent out to my residence to fix this.

There were some things organized and also somethings not so organized. I had a death in the family the week before that came as a surprise so I was not as organized myself as I normally would have been. These guys were exceptional in handling my things and repacking things for me. I have glass, china, and family heirlooms, old handmade furniture, not really the easiest combination of things to pack up. They took the job I started and finished it well. I felt like my things were safe and handled well. They packed the POD very efficiently, that thing was solid no wasted space. Yes, I would use them again no question.

The gentlemen arrived on time with a great attitude and very professional. They moved our household goods into their truck in a quick but careful manner, offered suggestions on handling our couches as they are going overseas, then moved the goods into a container for shipping. All details were clearly explained prior to starting so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend using this service if you have to move no matter where.

First of all, Eric and Jeremie were incredible. These two guys came in with speed and efficiency, loading up all of our stuff with practiced care. They were professional, friendly, and didn't slow down even near the end of 4 hours. It was amazing watching them loading something heavy, then literally run back in to grab something new. 5 stars for their performance (they never even took a break)! Overall, All-around-movers was a fantastic experience. The owner, Don, was up front about his fees and at no point tried to force a "sale". Their prices beat every other mover I contacted, plus these guys started the clock when they arrived, as opposed to several movers that start when their truck leaves their shop. The truck they provided was huge, 25' I believe, and they easily fit everything we had in there with padding and straps. Our furniture came out looking great, and these guys worked their tales off to get a queen size bed up a corned flight of stairs. They were aware of possible damage on the walls and didn't give up easily. I would have given up myself, but they made it work. Like I said, they were amazing to watch in action. I truly have nothing bad to say about the experience. The price was reasonable, the estimated time was spot-on, and I would use them again in a heart-beat. Thanks again!

We had a great experience with All Around Movers. Shay was the crew leader, with Brandon and Will. They showed up at 8:00am on the dot. They were incredibly professional and handled the move very well. Quick, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They asked questions on where to place items to make sure they were in the right place. I would definitely use this company again!

The move went well. All around's movers arrived on time and, with the exception of short breaks and lunch, kept moving. A couple of pieces of furniture were large and heavy, but they were handled well. There were a number glass items and a heavy glass desk top that required careful packing and loading - everything arrived safely and in one piece. All Around Movers' was not the lowest bid I received but the results support the value of paying a little more.

Very punctual and professional. Great job in maneuvering bigger furniture pieces safely.

The deal was $85./hr for two movers and a truck. The workers arrived right on time and kept busy loading some heavy furniture and many boxes. They arrived at the destination in Vancouver and started bringing the goods up to the third floor apartment. They carefully put every piece of furniture and every box exactly where I wanted it to be. Every thing arrived undamaged. they had carefully blanketed an oversized mirror, a 50 inch plasma television a computer setup. They were courteous, friendly and hard working the entire time. They eliminated one of the many headaches of having to move.

One of the gentlemen was extremely unprofessional.

They were efficient and they were very careful with all our belongings. They literally ran from the truck to the house for more boxes/furniture. I really appreciated that. They were worth every dime!

Punctual. Worked continuously hard and did not sit around or try to take breaks. Moved items carefully without any damage. Completed our requests without any resistance. Would DEFINITELY use them again!!!

Overall impression: I had asked for help from this moving company to relieve some of my anxiety of moving. My boyfriend and I moved faster than the mover did (as the second stayed in the truck positioning everything). It ended up taking longer to get everything moved that at the second location the majority of my things were left on the front lawn. The price ended up more than I expected. They didn't seemed concerned about my damaged furniture. Horrible experience, and unfortunately I had chosen them after all of the good reviews on here. Disappointed.

They did a great job, with Nick running the crew. They were funny and professional. From the first phone call, until the last item was stored, the company was great. They moved all our heavy furniture, and a lot of other stuff. They had to take the doors off our refrigerator to get it through the door, as well as take a door off the house. They did an excellent job getting all our belongings into one storage unt, saving us money on another rental. (there is no way we could have gotten our stuff into one unit). We will use them to move our stuff back out of storage and into our new house. We did buy the crew lunch, and they appreciated that. We also tipped them, which is not included in the above listed cost.

The guys showed up about 4 hours late because their moving truck broke down. They had to rent a U-Haul moving van for our move. The guys were very polite and friendly. It was a very hot day, and they worked with a few short breaks. The cost was very comparable to other moving services I've used. I did notice dings on several pieces of furniture. The overall quality is less then other services I've used in the past.

They are the most phenomenal group of people in the planet. They were terrific and they showed up on time. They were timely and efficient. They were pleasant and did the job. The three people that moved us were Bryan, Josh and Big Bob. They were just terrific and I can't say enough good things about them.

Owner conveyed clear procedures, costs and set appointment. Two guys showed up on time. Very calmly and methodically went over paperwork and plan, surveyed what was required, then went straight to work. Actually wrapped everything that needed it, including wood and rattan pieces. Patiently placed things as asked, even helping to stick on felt tabs as needed. Amazingly managed to move a few heavy, bulky pieces through our 1940s skinny doorways without scraping or damaging Anything. Have to say, they were just as good as the other reviewers said. Much better experience than with the "big name" company we used last. Completed entire job just a little over the time we originally estimated. Great job "All Around!"

When I called, Mr. Colvin answered all my questions thoroughly. I was able to schedule a date for the move with ease. The only hiccup occurred when one of the trucks broke down the weekend before the move which was scheduled for a Monday morning. Mr. Colvin notified me promptly and we were still able to move the items, just later in the day. All items were packed up safely and delivered quickly. I do wish I had asked for a small discount due to the inconvenience caused by the delay, but I also recognize that having a truck break down is not something any of us have any control over. I also appreciated being able to find a mover who was willing to help with such a small order.

A very professional man answered the phone right away and advised me that they did not move interstate. He then gave me information as to which companies did. He was most helpful. If i need help in the future I would use them.

The guys arrived right on time (actually early) and started in to work. They were moderately quick, very careful and efficient.

Very well. Nick and Bob arrived exactly on time and were courteous and humorous. They worked efficiently and safely. I was surprised they my wife's entire apartment was loaded, moved and unloaded in less than three hours. Great job guys!

Meeting with owner, Don Colvin, went very well. He was upfront with concerns and costs. Unfortunately he only provides local services and I'm moving out of state.
